Creating your account is quick and easy, tap register, enter the primary phone number and verbal password to find your account, select the location you want to register, complete your web profile, the login and password for the mobile app are the same as for the my ADT website.
Upon login, you’ll see the account dashboard, the dashboard gives you basic information about your billing, alarm contacts and system information, if you manage more than one location on my ADT, you can switch between locations.
You can choose to make a one-time payment with a credit card or bank account, simply fill out the requested information and confirm the date and payment amount, the home button in the upper right will always return you to the dashboard from any location within the app.
Enrolling or managing easypay is simple, enter your credit card or bank account information when initially enrolling, return anytime to modify your payment method, you can also update a credit card expiration date without having to re-enter all of your EasyPay information.
Keeping your contact list updated is critical for your security, to add a contact, you can either import information from your phone or tablet or simply type it in, scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard to update your web profile.
From here you can make changes to your name, login sightings and security questions, if you are an ADT Pulse customer, you can easily access the pulse app directly from the bottom of the dashboard, from anywhere in the app you can tap the question mark at the top left to view specific help information for each screen.
