Welcome to the logging in to Aesop as an employee or campus user training passage, please note that substitute’s login differently than employees and campus users, if you are a substitute, please read the logging into Aesop as a substitute training passage.
In this passage you will learn how to log into your Aesop web account and how to log in if you work multiple positions or work at multiple locations, to login to Aesop, type www.seattleschools.aesoponline.com in your web browser’s address bar.
If you are using your own computer, be sure to bookmark this login page, so you can quickly access Aesop on a daily basis, you can also find the link on the Seattle Public Schools Aesop page at www.seattleschools.org/aesop, next enter your ID and pin, then click login.
Your Aesop ID is the first part of your district email before at Seattleschools.org, your Aesop ID and pin will always be the same as your MySPS username and password, if you change your MySPS username and your password, your Aesop ID and pin will automatically update and match your new my SPS username and password.
Let’s login to Aesop, when you are on the Aesop login page, enter your Aesop ID, this is the same as the first part of your district email, then enter your pin which is the same as your MySPS or District email password, then click login.
If you hold multiple positions or work at multiple locations, upon login you will be prompted to select a record for which to create an absence, select the appropriate position, if you need to create an absence for both your positions or locations, you will log into each record and create absences for each position separately.
This ensures that substitutes see where each position is located and the specific information and instructions applicable to that job, detailed information about requesting substitutes for concurrently employed campus users or employees will be available.
Let’s login to Aesop as they concurrently employed teacher, first log in with your Aesop ID, then enter your pin and click login, you’ll be prompted to choose between your two positions, select one and enter Aesop to create an absence to request for a substitute.
Let’s say I’ve created my absence and I will log out, but I want to create another absence to request for a substitute for my PE teacher position, I will login with the same credentials and select PE teacher, I will log into my PE teacher homepage and be able to create an absence there.
