Description: The article talks about a narlow system , we will be shown the product overview containing a proper setup method so that we can learn how to set up an Arlo Pro with the base security system.
I had picked up a narlow system and I had shown the product overview, but I didn’t show a proper setup method, so it is going to touch base on how to set up an Arlo Pro with the base system.
The same concept will go for the Arlo Q, the first thing we want to touch base on is the camera itself, there’s a sync button up, it’s hard to see, this is the wireless cam, but I have it plugged in conveniently enough by the spot, but it can be wireless and then it’s got a magnetic base that it connects to, so that would be the actual setup of it.
Let’s see how we will sync it to the base, here’s the Arlo base, which is a base alarm system, you have a sink / siren off button and then on the back, you have a power button and then USB reset network cable and then your power cable as well, so what we want to do is to download our level app.
I already have it installed on my phone, but it could be found on the Google Play Store or the Apple Store on the main screen when you open it up, if you don’t have any cameras already set up, you will see an ad device, we are going to tap that and now you can pick between our low wire free or our low qq+ base station.
This is the wire free, so we will select that top one there and now we’ve got base station or our low with mobile router and as we touch base, this is the base station alarm, do not take the batteries out during this process, bring your Arlo wire-free within 3 1 2 3 feet from the base station and we are at this point, so we click continue pressing, all the sync button on your base station for about 2 seconds and wait for the sync status led to blink green and now that’s going to be in this bottom.
That is solid black, it is blinking, so we are going to hit continue, it may be hard to see, but they’re still blinking press and hold the sync button on your camera for about 2 seconds and then release a blue LED will appear on the camera.
There’s the blue LED and we will hit continue at this point, it says to hit finish, so at this point, the camera should be synced, it should take a couple of seconds here for to load up, we’re going to close out of this and enter back into our low, so now that we have ran through the syncing process on the camera, we are testing it. I’ve hit the play button and will turn the volume down here and you can see the camera does move and whoa, it is now synced.
