We all know the history of our Vista,that’s where we come from,that’s what we do. We have that in the flags in which we live. That’s one reason why we were able to build a new branch.
We appreciate that you have done it for us. We help customers with their needs,the last point is something that we’re very proud of,we won the customer satisfaction award in the last four years. We have three different regions but we are a bank as a whole.
We won the award in last four years. Through those years,we were the top bank in the list of customer satisfaction throughout 15 different states. This is the pole that goes out,we’re competing against things from Texas Colorado,they’re different places,we’ve won that award.
We’re very proud of that. We have Arvest bank as a whole. We have 240 branches in Arkansas,Oklahoma Missouri and Kansas. In each one of those states,we have 16 separate regions,we have 16 different CEOs,they’re worried that we have local decision authority to take care of things.
We try to provide great customer service to our customers. We credit how we run things while we win this award. We strive hard to provide superior customer service. This is who we are as our mission vision. In the six years since deposits are up almost six million,we made tremendous growth 2.9. Our customers are coming in allowing us to help them.
We see the growth in different things.I came over shortly after Mike did in 2007. We didn’t have a normal own portfolio,we were taller to grow that portfolio,we’re going to continue to do that. It represents our commercial,it does not represent our consumers. It’s public.
We’re going to continue to doing that. With the new branch adding staffing on the mortgage side,we are happy to see the change. Amanda Kristin is also a consumer lender. She’s also going to be in the branch. We expect the growth to continue. We’re going to strive to grow loans and deposits. We appreciate everything.
You need to live up to the daily power Awards,we want to make sure that we’re hiring the right people,we want to make sure that man comes into our branch. They look happy and they feel welcomed,that’s my priority.
We are forming the relationships with everybody,that’s why we have them. We worked with all these people for years in the community,I want to make sure that they are all good,that’s my main priority.
I need to make sure that transactions are going sure. We’re involved in the community. We had happy branch because of this deposit growth. We were involved with privacy issues. This new branch is allowing us to start servicing our customers correctly.
We have a good time. We want our customers and communities to know how much we appreciate them. We are going to have you again this year even though we have moved location. It’s going to be bigger and better this year. We started with 300 to 400 people,it’s funny. We miss you. It’s a holiday. It’s normally in June. I’m chairman of the board. Darren and I are both ambassadors.
It has three or four forums. We will bring mortgage lending and consumer lending,you will have people and the branches in the community to help you all personally.
It cannot be 0. We were open to you. My goal is the region growth. We have to have people here full time for that. That’s my ultimate goal. I want to know how to grow the regional growth. That won’t work. Having this new branch allows us to be able to do that over time.
This is another big announcement that we made. It doesn’t affect the community. Bank of America came to our best bank and wanted us to bid on 10 different community banks that they had,they wanted to convince us.
We made an offer,they accepted it. After they accepted our offer,we made our changes. They have more banks than us in the four states that we serve,we would like to bid on them. We went from 10 branches to 29 branches. We are purchasing 15 new locations in different states.
It’s going to help us grow the region. We’re getting along with this acquisition,they are standalone. That’s going to be a huge impact to this precarious region. It allows us to get more costs to lend out. It allows us to be more competitive.We worked excitedly about that. That’s our best bank.
