I want to talk about how to get started with Beachbody on demand and how to get started with my challenge tracker app, so I will be flipping the camera back and forth a little bit, so you can see how Beachbody on demand works and how the challenge tracker app works as well.
let’s first start with Beachbody on demand, let me flip my camera around, it will not let me do that, if you can see me here, so first we have Beachbody on demand, so you go to WWE body on demand comm.
The first thing you want to do is to go to the top where it says login and you click there, so it will ask you to login with the email address that you use to sign up, so I will put in my email address and I’m only using one hand, it’s also going to ask you to put the password in and this is the password that you use to sign up with your account.
You don’t have to remember a whole bunch of passwords which are wonderful, so you get logged in, first of all, with your email address and the password you use to purchase, your Beachbody on demand, so we have all of our workout programs unlisted.
For most of you, you’ll be starting with the 21 day fix, because it is our foundation program to get you started on your health and fitness journey or you may be doing another program, that’s listed here, but here’s one of the best parts about Beachbody on demand, you can always choose a program here at the top where it says fitness level, so you can choose whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate or an advanced, so you can click there to choose a program.
You can also sort by time, so if you’re someone who only has 30 minutes a day to workout, you can select a program or all of the workout programs to pop up that are only zero to 30 minutes, same thing by type.
You can choose cardio, you can choose dance, you can choose low-impact mess slimmin tone or even yoga as well, so you have the type of workout, if you have a Beachbody trainer that you love autumn Calabrese or Sean T or chalene johnson, you can choose here as well.
let’s take a look at the 21 day fix, for example, I will click on it and you’ll notice as soon as you log in, it will pop up your workout list, so there are all of your workouts, so they’re all 30 minutes except for this ab workout which is about 10 minutes and then there are some remix and ultimate upgraded workouts there too.
You go over here where it says program materials and there is a start guide, I recommend you start there and read through it, but if you scroll down a little more here, it is your workout calendar, so you click on it and you will see which workouts you do on which days of the week.
You can go back to that workout list and you’ll know which ones to do which days of the week, so you can either print this out or keep it up on your computer, whatever works best for you now, I’ve locked myself out, so let’s go back to Beachbody on demand and then you also have a food list here, you have an online tool kit and then here is your eating plan, so this is where you are going to figure out your calorie level and your container plan.
We scroll down and it will tell you to put in your weight and you’ll find your calorie baseline, then you’ll add in for your workouts and then you’ll subtract for your calorie goals, so you can lose two to three pounds per week and then it wil tell you that you’re going to be eating.
All of you should be receiving color-coded containers that correspond to different veggies, fruits, proteins, carbs and healthy fats, I’m only supposed to be eating twelve to fourteen hundred and ninety nine calories, I need to be eating three servings of vegetables per day, two fruits for proteins, two carbohydrates and so on.
You scroll all the way down, you can also see a little tally sheets and different recipes that are here for you as well and then it’s going to give you complete food lists and the serving size, so for example, here are all of your vegetables.
If you’re making broccoli, it would be one green container of broccoli, if you’re eating carrots, it would be ten medium baby carrots, because carrots have a little more sugar and a little more calories to them, so you monitor and count out how many carrots you would be eating and you can scroll down to see each of the color coded containers and what the equivalent is for food with each.
That’s the best part about each program within Beachbody on demand, there are a plethora of program materials available for you to find out your calorie level, for you to figure out different recipes, for you to find out your container level, for you to download the workout calendar.
In addition to the actual workout list, that’s how Beachbody on demand works, as you select the program, you have your workout list, you have your program materials that you can access, so let’s switch on over to the challenge tracker, so each of you will download my challenge tracker in the app store.
I will send you an invitation via email, you’ll click on the email invitation, once you have the app downloaded, it will pull up in your phone, so it works like Facebook, so you have the opportunity to upload your workout and upload a picture or what you’re drinking for your Shakeology, you will also put in your measurements before pictures.
You can treat it like Facebook, so if I take a scroll down, I can see one of my clients logs are Shakeology today and she told me what kind of Shakeology she had and put a picture there, there’s somebody’s workout, somebody is food prepping with egg whites and different eggs for the week, somebody else is drinking their shake, so you can see that it works like Facebook.
It allows you to check in, you can also expect a daily post from me, it’s going to show you a little bit of motivation that are incurred or a daily tip and then I will be sharing my recipes as well, when you are in the app, there is a place where you can go, it’s like the Settings button and it’ll say info and files and every week.
You can make sure that you check out that meal plan under the info and files section and you’ll be able to download the meal plan for the week too, so these are a couple of the tools that will keep you on track throughout this journey.
We will be following a specific program, it will be a specific workout program, you will also follow the meal plan that is designed to go with that, you will be using the challenge tracker app for daily accountability where you will be posting your workouts, where you’ll be posting your Shakeology, where you’ll ask questions, where you’ll share your challenges, where you’ll get daily motivation support recipes and meal plans from me.
