You can choose the filter by your fitness level which ranges from beginner to advanced options, something that is important to note is that you can select more than one type on each filter, for example, I can choose beginner as well as intermediate and advanced on the fitness level drop-down list.
Next, you can go through each filter and make your appropriate selections for workout time, workout type and finally you will also have the option to reset your filters by hitting the blue reset filter.
Once you’ve found a program, click on the workout you want to learn more about, this will take you to that program’s workout page where it will provide you with a general overview of the program by clicking on the workout list icon.
It will bring you to the entire list of workouts for that specific program, you’ll have the option to press play and start your desired workout or you can also click on the details button to find out more about each workout.
Finally, you can move back to the top of the page and hit program materials, this is where all of the program materials will live such as the Quick Start Guide workout calendars eating plan, if you want to download this material from bod, simply click on the document you want and then look at the top right corner where you will have an option to download to your computer or print the document and that is the new Beachbody on demand.
