Description: In this article, the author mainly wants to clarify for us on whether we should get the Chase Amazon Rewards Visa Card and whether we need to get the Amazon store card or not.
The Amazon store card is specifically doing your purchases on Amazon com, you have to be a prime member and there are a couple of options.
Let me share with you about that. You get five percent back for eligible Amazon Prime member, so you get five percent back and it shows up on your statement, it is tied with synchrony Bank. I’ve had no issues, it works well, I get an email, I do my payment, it’s a very clean system to use.
I’ll share that with you, so if you have any concerns with the synchrony bank, you may have heard I can tell you myself it’s been working very well, you also have an option for financing here, you can do a six-month special financing on all purchases, totaling 149 or more, you could do a 12-month special financing on any purchases, totaling $5.99 or more, a 24-month special financing on selecting Amazon sold items, equal monthly payment financing available on select items and no annual fee.
There’s no interest, so you make your monthly payments and no interest, they’re also zero fraud liability online and mobile account management and there’s no annual fee again, if you want it for the amazon.com purchases only, you may have another credit card that you use for other types of purchases now.
You might want to use the store card with me, I get the visa reward card and I’ll share about that. First of all, we’ll talk about if you’re a non-prime member, so the Amazon Rewards Visa card is a blue card, if you’re interested in the color, it’s got a chip earn rewards everywhere you shop, no annual credit card fee and no foreign transaction fees, you get a gift card instantly for amazon.com upon credit approval.
You can use it towards your purchase, you get rewarded for every purchase including 3% back in amazon.com and you can learn more about how you can start, earning up to 5% and I’ll explain that in a minute, because you have to be a prime member to get 5% with that card, but you get 3% back with this card at amazon.com, you get 2% back at restaurants, gas stations and drugstores, you get 1% back on all other purchases.
Those are the highlights there, if you are a prime member, you can get the visa reward card, there are better benefits, with that, it’s a silver card, it’s a cool-looking card, you also have a chip there, there’s no annual credit card fee and no foreign transaction fees, it’s exclusively for customers with an eligible Prime membership.
You get a $70 amazon.com gift card upon instant credit approval, you’re going from 50 to 70 dollars, you can use that towards the purchase, so you get 5% back at amazon.com, you get 2% back at restaurants, gas stations and drugstores and 1% back on all other purchases, so for me, I would get this card for the $70, because I used up the cards, I get better percentages back for my gas and other purchases.
I don’t do much as far as drug stores, restaurants, I have a little better option there, so I would benefit this with getting that $70, I am a big shopper, I want to go that route.
Last but not least, the amazon.com store card, 5% back which I mentioned, you get the financing, so let me know if you have any questions, I hope this might clear it up for you, you got some great options here, these three programs, whether you go with the Amazon store card, the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card or the Amazon Rewards Visa signature card, you can choose what works best for you. I will put links for all three in the description and I hope this clears up down the road, this may change this.
