We’re famous for the Great Barrier Reef, it’s a massive reef that runs the east coast of Queensland and it brings people from all over the world to see it.

It’s something to be proud of, back in Cape Town, we got to see a film called chasing coral, it’s on Netflix, so you should check it out, scientists predict that by 2050 the majority of the world’s coral reefs will disappear from our oceans because of rising sea surface temperature.

It’s a sad thing and coral reefs are such important part of our ecosystem, I’m seeing it happen back in my home in Hawaii and it’s happening here the Great Barrier Reef and we need to be doing more about it.

The Great Barrier Reef is not funny face of Australia, that’s what everyone knows, the Great Barrier Reef and Australia are related to each other, so we need to look up that reef, so I thought of free diving, I spent a lot of time on the coral reefs, I’m from the west coast, but we’ve got a lot of beautiful reefs around Australia, we needed regard for this planet.
