Let me tell you what has happened, you can see this redness, that’s inflammation plus irritation, because when my mother is looking in, we make some expenses to accommodate her to be here with us, we don’t have the money within, we have a room within, I have a bed, we spend the money gladly and I have said that we’ll pay for it.
However, we think that she is going to stay for a longer time, and it happens that she wants to go back home if we support her in every way, and the thing is that I am left with a debt that I am offered by Sears which is controlled by Citibank, this is my card, it is Sears Citibank and I’m not going to show my name or my card number.
Even though I will never do business with Sears or Citibank again and let me tell you why they offer me, we spend a certain amount of money which is in the thousands of dollars, I need to calm down, because this is the most frustrating thing, my mother has worked for Sears for over 20 years in Puerto Rico, all of my clothing, all of my toys are through Sears.
So I grow up, I am a serious kid, you would be a total kid, I might get on Walmart, because we don’t have a lot of money, so everything such as electronics washer and dryers and refrigerators, we’ve gone to Sears, we purchase all this stuff, the Sears closes to us, I guess that they’re having a bad time, they have closed a lot of stores.
But my issue is that I take their offer, because it is a very low interest rate and they are giving me until November of 2019 to pay this amount off, I am able to pay more a month than what they require, what happened last month is that my husband got paid a certain which was going to be a little bit later, so let me make the payment now a little bit earlier, so it will be there on time.
So I do that and I even pay them more than what they require, so they start harassing me by numerous emails, and now this morning, they call me up telling me that they’re trying to collect a debt that has been paid, and I will be paying more than a month, now why they do that is because I paid it last month earlier than my usual day which is on the 15th 13:15, my husband gets paid twice a month, so that’s how I define my bills and I pay them.
So what happens is that I pay it a little bit earlier to accommodate for medical bills that I still have from my back surgery and all these other bills that I have to accommodate, so everybody gets paid, I get a phone call this morning, we’re trying to collect the card and collect the money, because your account is overdue.
I have already sent the payment a few days ago and my bank agrees to that, because I do everything through my bank, the time that the payment will be there is Monday, today is Tuesday June 12 and it’s still checking my payments and everything, the lady starts getting an attitude with me and I tell her that I’m fed up with it, I have tried five times to get in touch with sending them an email.
It doesn’t work, I have tried calling them and the phone number is a 24-hour customer service call, this is the number that I have called and it seems that there is nobody here to answer your call, why do you say that it is for 24 hours, if you’re not going to be there to answer my call, and then finally I get somebody to talk to me.
She asks me if I am going to make a payment, because my mother’s overdue and I lose it and I tell her what has happened and she still raises her voice at me, and I say that I’m fed up, I’m tired, I will never do business with fears of Citibank again, I’ve been having migraines all this week.
I have a migraine, I have inflammation, because it’s raining, I don’t need the aggravation when I’m paying more money go after somebody that does no pay, but they say that you’re preeminence over zoo when instead of $43, I have paid you even four times or more than what I’m supposed to, it doesn’t make any sense, so this is card Sears Citibank, this is what I’m telling you, bye-bye and this is what’s going to happen, never do business with Citi bank.
