We owe them $370, but we have six hundred seventy two dollars sitting in escrow even if they would acknowledge that we have more money sitting in escrow than what we owe.
They pay the principal off with our escrow savings and then cut us the check for the difference, we would be out sixty five dollars more, but we would be done, we continue to call and we get no action.
If you can get a mortgage to die Tek, they may advertise good interest rates, if you ask people that have had problems before they will tell you that the interest rate is important.
The servicing of the loan is more important, because when these types of things happen, you need to have somebody talk to and die Tech is a black hole.

She checked again to make sure that the information was correct and I confirmed with dye tech that the actual amount was the correct amount which was sent to dye tech.
They confirmed receiving it, but something happened, they went ahead and paid the property taxes on that house, even though we were closing on the note and even though they were told that upon closing.
We would be paying for the property taxes on that house, they went ahead and they paid the property taxes, those of you who don’t know the escrow pay for the property taxes and you don’t always have enough money in escrow to pay property taxes.
That builds up and it goes back down, so something that happened is that they cut the check for the property taxes, they weren’t supposed to cut that, ask escrow into a negative balance.
When they received the closing amount now, they said we don’t have enough money coming to them to close out the mortgage, they said that we had a negative amount in our escrow, therefore that loan is not closed, they moved it to an active status, but they also did not put that entire amount that we paid towards the principal.
They only took the monthly amount out and let it continue to accrue interest which was interesting, therefore we built more interest rate or more interest charges, because they didn’t do their job properly.
Today is July 23rd, this is still not done, we’ve called them numerous time talking to their tax department, we’ve called the complaint several times, what will you find if you deal with dye tech?
Does anybody you talk to has the power to do anything? They have the power to put it in their computer system or to Ford you on to somebody else. That can’t do much of anything.
In the end, you’re left unsatisfied, today we looked at our statement again, we’ve been told numerous times about that to clear this up.
