Today it’s easier than ever to manage your finances electronically. At Ditech, we offer more than one way to take care of your mortgage using your computer, tablet or even your smart phone, whether you’d like to save a few trees or would like to simplify your life using technology. Here are some alternatives to traditional paper statements and reminders.
Digital alerts. When we receive a payment or if we’ve made a tax payment from your escrow account, we’re happy to send you an email or a text. We have an update about the status of your account.
If you’d like to sign up for Digital alerts, log into my account, under the messages and alert tabs, choose alert preferences, enter your email and if you’d like, your cell phone number, then click save preferences.
Online billing is a safe and secure option for those looking for convenience. Electronic versions of past statements are available in my account. Enroll in online billing to receive an email when your statement is ready. To enroll, log into my account. Under the my account tab, choose online billing, select your loan and click continue.
Auto pay. If you’re looking to avoid late fees or looking for peace of mind when your due date approaches, Auto pay is the best way to avoid the hassle in making regular payments. Choosing Auto pay allows you to choose a payment date and it’s digital, so you won’t have to lick a stamp. You can choose to make a monthly payment or choose bi-weekly payments.
