This is Dan Higgins here. I want to show you how to log into eCampus, many of you have been asking on how to log into eCampus, the first thing you want to do is to launch a web browser, do not use internet explorer, that is not friendly to the McDonald’s system.
Use either Google chrome or Firefox, both will work fine on a Windows computer, if you have a Mac, the suggestion is also to use Google Chrome, Safari may or may not work, but Google Chrome’s no problem, so we’re going to use Google Chrome.
When you go up in here, you get to go into your address bar, you’re going to type accessmcd.com, for those of you that don’t know what accessmcd is, this is the arena where we get all of our information from McDonald’s, from McDonald’s corporate communications, business marketing, business plans, everything you want to know about the McDonald’s new products is in there.
Moving forward, you are going to put in your eID number, then your password would be down here, if you’re a crew user and a crew trainer, you would go over here, if you have an outlook.com, a hotmail.com, facebook, google+ or yahoo mail account , you would log on using this button.
I have an e ID, so I’m going to press log in, then accessmcd will pop up, go into the search bar, type campus, as you start typing, it will populate, there is campus there, choose the first one, then I will maximize this, there’s your campus.
On the bottom left will be all the learnings that you are registered to take, most of you will have crew trainer, now it’s crude trainer 2017, the shift leadership 2017 a is another one, as you go into there, you are going to launch or register, either one is fine, going to launch or enroll is another one.
It’ll load up, it says that welcome to McDonald’s crew trainer eLearning, you may have an error if you don’t have flash or Java enabled for Google Chrome, it’s in settings under content, you can enable Adobe Flash, check mark that box, it is the same thing with Firefox, Firefox is a little easier, you need to left click here to enable.
Then the thing will pop up, click allow and remember, that’s all, that’s how you get into eCampus, if you have any questions, feel free to email me at hrado one three at aol.com or the rest of you have my number, feel free to text me with any questions.
