Description: The following passage mainly focuses on eleads crm login. With elead CRM, dealers can access everything through one system and replace stand-alone software products. The dealer’s inventory is directly integrated with the CRM platform, which makes inserting VIN specific model information, photos or videos easy.
Today’s training is going to be on the new elead mobile app, first I want to make sure that you have the correct app which is the new elead1 one sales, if you go to the Apple Store app store, elead1 one sales will pull up, you need to make sure you get the right app, it is the most updated one.
It’s the one on the top, it’s red, it has a number one, if you have the old app, it looks like the one below here, you want to delete it off of your phone as it interferes and doesn’t work with the new one, it will give you some issues if they’re both installed on your phone.
Update the new one if you need to, that’s the first thing, second thing is that let’s make sure that when you go to login, you have your username and password, this is the page that you’re going to go to, once you click on the icon, it’ll say username and password, you’ll be able to log in.
If you can’t log in, you need to change your password in elead, it’s very simple, go down to the bottom left-hand of the page, it will say admin, go to CRM set up, you’ll see change password, it will remember your password, then you use your password for the mobile app.
Once you log in, you will log into a screen that looks like this, there are a couple of key features on the new mobile app, you have the scan license, it does very well, it pulls all the information off of the license, you also have a bar code scanner for pre-owned cars or trades that post over to the auto seamlessly.
You can make your click-to-call phone calls from here, you can do it from your organizer, you can also send a video to your customers via email, let’s jump in and take a look, I’m going to hit scan license, all you have to do is to tap on the screen.
It should get all the information off of the license, once you put the customer in, you got to make sure that you have obviously the correct address for that customer, you go over here, you can make those changes, like an elead you can change zip codes.
When you put the zip codes in, you can do a lookup, you can also quickly put in the phone number for the customer and their email address, it works very well, I’ve put all that in, then I’m going to add source and vehicle, it does exactly what eleads does it.
It goes and does a search to see if that customers already has logged in to elead, if the customer has logged in to elead, please use that customer, let’s not create duplicates, we’re having a hard time with trying to keep databases clean.
We’re having a lot of duplicate entries in there, we have a scape match for that which I’m going to talk about in a little while, but for the sake of argument we’re going to say that this is no match, let’s save and continue, we’re going to put in a fresh customer.
I loaded the customer, I’m going to go to the bottom of the page, I’m going to go to opportunity where I’m going to be able to put the customer in as a showroom up, a phone up or however they come into the store, I’m going to choose how they hear about us.
I’m going to say Google, I’m going to add the position of sales, I’ve logged in as a manager here, so I’ve got to choose a sales person, if you are a sales person, it should default to you as the salesperson, then I’m going to add the vehicle of interest.
It will look at all your inventory, it’ll look at it by new or used, I am going to choose ES350, in trim you’ve got base models for those, I do a search, it’s going to go out and pull everything that is found in inventory, grab one, next I’m going to put the trade in, it’s easy.
All I have to do now is to turn the phone into a VIN decoder, click scan barcode, once I scan the barcode, it puts all the information in the system, I can enter the mileage and add vehicle, I’ve added the trade, the trade has posted over to Auto.
It makes it a seamless and easy operation, I’m going to save the information at the bottom of the page, I’ve loaded a customer, it is easy, next thing I want to do is that I want to take a video, I’m going to click take video, now I’m going to click the plus sign in the upper right hand corner.
Because it was using the microphone in the video that I’m using to record this, so it records the video, keep in mind that you only have 45 seconds total time to record a video, however, I would not record a video longer than 10 seconds unless you’ve got a rapport with the customer, you won’t want to send a lot more information about the car.
Once it goes past 10 or 15 seconds, you start losing the customers, that is what we find, at bottom of the page you are going to hit share, then in the upper left hand corner where the video is, you’ve got to check this little box, here’s the part we see a lot of errors on.
When you hit submit at the bottom, you have got to wait for the video to load, it has to upload to the server, like in YouTube if you’re uploading a video depending how long it is, it could take anywhere from 30 to 80 minutes, if you are to do the longest video, it takes about 1 minute and 20 minutes to upload it.
This one should not take that long, so I’m going to hit submit, it’s going to take a little while, but once it loads, it’s going to show me the email that I can send to the customer, once I hit that again, you’ve got to wait for it, if you start clicking share at the bottom, I see a lot of sales people do that, it is not going to send a link, it is going to send a link but it’s not going to have any attachment to it.
After it has been loaded, I’m going to hit preview email, it’s going to give you a lot of code here, I don’t know HTML, I don’t care to learn it, but the nice thing about this is that this is going to make a nice link, you don’t got to worry about this code.
Hit Send, you’ve sent a video to your customer with anything you’re trying to show them or tell them about, that’s the video portion of this, if I want to make a phone call to the customer, I could click call, it’s going to bring up, I can call to my desk, I can call to my phone, it works well.
I can also text from my phone, I want to show a couple of things about the text, you see the select opt-in message from drop down in the middle screen, if you’re getting a lot of opt outs, try the custom opt-in message, here’s what you want to put, would you like more information on the Lexus?
Send it, if they say anything but stop, they’ve opted in, we’re looking for a yes or no question where they’re going to opt in, obviously if they’ve sent an inquiry on a specific car or asked about a specific car, they probably want more information on it.
I want to opt in, at the bottom you see a car that’s inventory, next to it you have a camera at the bottom, click on the car and watch what happens, it’s going to pull up all of your inventory, where it says enter any, you could put in the stock number there, it would pull up that stock.
This pulls all of the pictures if they’ve been taken at the store, go to the website it will show you those pictures, I click on one of them, it pulls all the pictures up, in order to put the pictures in, all you have to do is to tap on them, it’ll load the pictures into the text, it is cool.
Once I’ve loaded the pictures in, I think you can do eight to ten pictures per text, I want to uncheck this box next to the car because what that check is saying is that you don’t want the customer to look at the price online, I like to try to keep them inside the text talking to me about what we’re talking about.
Next to it is a camera, if I don’t have the pictures in the inventory, I can click on the camera, I can take pictures outside of the car on my phone, if I have them on my computer, I can also get them from there, you’re able to do everything straight from the mobile app such as the texting, click-to-call video.
Last but not least, you can go to your settings, you can click on settings, you need to make sure that accept new leads is green, under notifications you’re going to click on that little arrow, it’ll drop down all the notifications you can get sent to your phone, here are the ones that I think are probably the best ones to get, inbound text message, new email, new lead, read email, reply email, reply text and skate warning.
If somebody’s logging a customer, that is my customer or very similar to my customer, it will give me a alert that that customer has logged under somebody else’s name, you hit save all, it will save all of those, I’m not going to save these because I’m not at the store, I don’t need to be getting these notifications.
Secondly if I click on my organizer, it’s not going to give you the 30,000 foot view where you can see your 30-day range, but what you can do is that you can say that you need to go to a certain day in the month, you can see your overdue tasks, you can make phone calls from here, you can send emails, you can do everything you need to do from here.
You can do everything from the mobile app, one of the questions I get asked is that will it show me the desk log like eleads does? It will not show you that, it comes close, the only thing that will show is when you log in, it will show you your sold customers, new used showroom UPS, internet apps, phone ups and anything you’ve got going on total sales for the month for you.
One thing that’s cool is that you can click on any of your sold customers if you want to send them a video thanking them for the purchase of their car, if they didn’t buy a car from you, you could send them a video thanking them for their time and have a lot of stores doing that.
