I did started it eight years ago, we’ve grown significantly since then, a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, tears, kind of thing, but I’m blessed, it’s been fortunate washing an opportunity and about having employees, we operate with 50 employees.
That number has grown a lot recently, so you plan on continuing to grow over this next year, we have a platform set up for the rest of this year, through 2017, we’re definitely going to have to bring some more pulleys to keep that intact.
So from growing eight years ago to now, you experience some of the growing pains, you’re going through them with the time, you always have to take on some extra stress or hiccups, when you bring somebody new, the learning curve, they have to go through, so you have to remember and you got to help them alone, teach them, it’s a hassle dealing with other customers.
When you outsource work, Jackie gets supplies and sets schedules so that that’s typical, that’s understanding, but your day-to-day is stressful, it’s not concrete a week out, it’s always a good day of kind of stuff.
So as long as you’re prepared that anything could happen, it’ll be awesome and who takes care of your payroll, how do you pay your employees? I do that and I guess for lack of a better term old school, but that’s what I’m used to and that works, so that’s what we’ve been doing since we started.

So for every four, if that’s something of your interest, move forward with us, this would be what we would talk about and continue to grow to 51 or more employees.
Then it stays at $78 a month and want you to have that and then you say you study at an old school, if you happen to come with ADP, not only do you get the first two months free with our process, but I’m also your personal connection, so a lot of times when you started your business, you have to go through things and you need someone to fix it or on your contact and you have my business card for that call.
You can call me, because that’s what we do, that’s awesome, so do you do it every two weeks or buy more monthly? We do with you, but mostly paycheck every two weeks, what kind of headaches do you have when you do the payroll?
I’m sure you know how to do it in an old-fashioned way, it’s slower than it could, you know it could be faster, if I had some sort of software to help like this, if you’re using computers brain instead of yours, it’s probably less likely to make errors, little things like that.
You know little annoyances, but nothing too drastic smaller things off top of your head is there, anything that might scare you about switching from old school to something like ADP, people are usually scared about what they don’t know until I figured out, you know how it worked.
All that I might be a little like where to get this number, where would you get that? But it’s standard, you know nothing that would keep me up at night, you have five extra hours a week, how could you use those hours?
I don’t have anything specific, but something you can put it wherever you know if you needed to beat somebody like you, if you needed to spend some time, the next employee to make sure they were all caught up that was loaded that would work.
