I’m going to show you how to submit your timesheet to the payroll department through the ADP mobile app, on your mobile device, you need to do this weekly on Friday and at the latest on Monday of the following week, you can access the prior week, if you forget to submit your timesheet, one week is as far back as you can access.
Please call payroll for anytime not submitted before the prior week, I will show you how quick and effortless the submittal process is before I begin, please confirm that the ADP mobile app is downloaded onto your device, look for the ADP mobile icon on your device home screen which has a white background with ADP in red letters.
If you do not have the app on your device, please call the help desk at 888.259.3826 seven nine three six nine and ask for someone in the payroll department, a payroll representative will assist you in obtaining your ID and password.
Once you have the app downloaded and you have your ID and password tap on the ADP icon, enter your user ID and tap login, next, enter your password and tap login, this opens the ADP mobile app, tap on the timesheets icon.

Let’s say you came in at 7:00 a.m. that particular day, tap on the first time pair entry to revise your morning shift start time on the next screen tap on edit in the upper right corner tap and the start field and change it to 7:00 a.m.
Then tap save in the upper right corner if you only work one shift in a day and do not need to account for a lunch hour, you only need one time pair entry, for example, if you only work from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., tap the plus, sign in the upper right corner, set the start and end time to reflect 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and tap save.
Once you have your hours set approve your timesheet, as I demonstrated earlier in this video by tapping approve timesheet and then go to the bottom and tap approve timesheet again.
If you realize you made an error, you may tap on remove timesheet approval and then tap on remove timesheet approval again, your manager must approve your timesheet on Wednesday for the prior week.
