Locate the start benefits button which can be found on the right-hand side of the blue welcome banner, this will allow you to begin benefit enrollment, first scroll down through your personal information to double check that everything is correct and add any additional information.
When you have done, press save and continue on the following page, you can add a dependent by clicking a dependent and entering the corresponding information like first and last name, the relationship to gender and their date of birth.
If you do not have or do not know their social security number at this time, that can be added later, when you have done, press save, add your desired number of dependents in the same way.

You may have none or a few other benefits to make decisions to make sure that you remember to choose to enroll or not enroll your dependents on each new screen, because if information does not save from one benefit, the next additional information is always available under details compare and helpful reverses.
