You know they did a good job, every time you talk to them, you’ve always enjoyed it and they always help you out and you want to give them credit or maybe there’s a particular issue or question you have in the employee.
You want to let management know this man is doing a good job or this girl is doing a good job, I want management to give kudos to that employee, they created what’s called the rock star program.

You don’t get an ad like news and feature prox, but the one we’re talking about today is the rock star program, the argyus rock star, this is where you can go in and say I like working with this person, because he’s good at what he does and he answers all my questions.
This is for positive feedback, please remember that you’re going to come in here, let’s going to have the RGS rock star nomination form, it’s going to ask you for your name, please put your name in there, it’s going to ask you for your department of company.
One cool thing about this program is if one of the second level technicians helps me out, I thought that man helped me out of a jam or helped me take care of this customer form, the customers are happy, I can nominate that person, so I can even internally nominate other employees for rock stars.
But like I was saying, it is going to put your company’s name in there or if here inside real green put the department, you can also put your email address as well as the employee that helped.
So if you were putting a star in for real green ninja, you’d put in one for RG ninja, but this obviously would be the employee that helped you out there, if you do multiple employees, the couple ploys, you want to put stars in, please do them as separate entries.
I’m not quite sure about how it behaves, because I don’t work department that handles the rock star program, but put them in separate, because I’m not sure if you can do multiple people at one time.
You also put in the department, if you’re not quite sure about the department, if you think they’re in sales, you can put sales as long as you put the employee’s name in there, they’re going to know who it is.
Even if you’d know the first name in the department there, but the first name is department, then this person is being nominated, because this person went above and beyond, I’ve always enjoyed talking with this person, he always answered my questions, he does a good job, this person helped me out of the jam, I want to give credit or want to give kudos to that employee.
If you do not know the name of the employee, you could put something in there and put what you think, but then you are down here, you can put in on a note, saying this.
I talked to this employee on Saturday, August, fifteenth, they could always go through the call log and try to see who you talk to, you can put in the number of stars, they earn, you can do one, two, three, obviously the more stars, the better.
But you can select the stars, if it is a decent job, you don’t put a one or two, but if we know above them, go ahead and put three, that person will get three stars towards the rock star program.
It’s also going to ask you for the date again, if you can try to put in the date that you talk to this person, you’ll notice down here they’re going to be two winners again, this is an incentive program for us here at real green.
The first one is the first place, those two hundred dollar gift card, the second place is a hundred dollar gift card, I did win the second place one time up, but fortunately, three of us won the second place, so they did divide equally among and that’s perfectly fine.
I’m happy to get anything you know, I want to do my job, make sure everything’s taken for curve, so that was cool, it’s nice, but as we’re saying, there is an incentive program and then there is a grand winner and they win a most expenses paid trip to st. Peter’s beach and use of a condo.
So like I said, we do have a motivation to do a good job, you’ll see there are some rules here, customers can dominate RGS, we can not meet each other, but as I was saying if you want to give kudos to someone, because he did a good job, I appreciate the email, I appreciate the phone call to my manager, I appreciate that.
