Then click the enroll now button, next you will be directed to the enrollment form, type in your last name, social security number and date of birth, you will also need to provide a login ID or username that you would like associated with this account, once you’ve entered this information, click the submit enrollment button, you will be given a temporary password to use.
When you are signing in for the first time, write down the password for next steps and keep a copy of your login ID for your records, click the link in the last line of text to sign in, you will be directed back to the home page where you should look for the login box, type your login ID in the box, you won’t need your password.
Click the login button on the password screen, type in your initial temporary password, then click login for your protection, first bank has added an extra layer of security when you first enroll in digital banking that uses a code to register your computer, to get this code select your preferred masked phone number from the list on this page, and make sure that you are near that phone.
Before you click Submit, if there are no masked phone numbers provided, please contact customer service for assistance, your phone will ring and you will be greeted by an automated message, follow the instructions on the phone to receive your authentication code, type it in the box and submit.
Then you will be asked if you would like to register your computer, if you are on a personal computer or device in a secure environment, it can be helpful to register your device, so first bank remembers it, in this way you will not need to get a secure access code every time you login, after selecting one of the two options, click Submit.
Next you will see the online banking agreement with terms and conditions, please review and click I accept to move on, now you can create your online banking profile, some of the information may already be pulled from your account, fill out all of the required fields and click Submit.
