Description: This passage intends to teach you something about godaddy email login which shows how to create a free email inside of go daddy then connect that email to your gmail account. This will allow you to start sending and receiving emails for your free company email inside of your gmail account.
Can I create an email for free? This is a good question. I get this from a lot of people who are starting businesses. You can create an email for free, but I guess the question that they’re asking is for instance I have my domain from GoDaddy, can I create an email for free and connect it to my gmail?
When I answer emails, I’m answering them from Gmail, but it’s in behalf of my automated email address. I’m going to take you through the process. I’m going to create an email in GoDaddy and I’m going to connect it all to Gmail so that emails will start going to my gmail account.
I’m going to sign in and you’ll be tempted to click setup an email account, I might be automated. If I come to manage it, I click to set up my email, they’re going to charge me and most people because it costs money to set up my email account, because I want a neighbor, I’m at be automated.com.
It’s going to cost me money, so they buy, but that’s not the case if you come up to the top where’s this domain manager, you’re going to to click on hosting, we’re going to go to our control panel, we’re manually creating our own email address.
I’m going to click manage, it’s going to a screen that’s complicated, there are ton of things going on there. What I’m going to do is to slide all the way to the bottom, there’s an email wizard, that’s where we’re going to create our email.
I’m going to create this in the automated.com, there’s an @ sign that means it’s going to be info @, this is the domain, you could do it for another domain if you have others. But mine’s going to be be automated, below that I’m going to put in my low password.
If I move this, I can create an account now. It’s simple as far as setting up a Windows Live Outlook. If you have Outlook, that’s great, you want to connect it to that instead of Gmail, we’re not going to do any of these.
I’ll do it later. At this point I am going to show you all the email account. I have an automated. I’ve clay. I’d be automated and then we have our information. I’d be automated.com. What I’m going to do is to create my account.
I’m going to create more access web emails, because we don’t have any kind of email connected. It’s asking me if I do these free defaults. They’re all free. I’m going to use roundcube, it doesn’t matter which one you use.
When I’m going to use roundcube set as my default, my interface is going to be used. I’ll double click and it takes me in a round cube. Inbox is where all my emails will be going. From this point on separate tab I’m going to come back to my cPanel.
I’m going to go to my mail configuration instead of going for a baby automated. I’m going to go for my information, be automated and configure as I was going to give me a lot of useless information, you’re probably not going to know what this means, I’m going to scroll all the way down to my manual settings.
We’re going to need to configure our Gmail connection. I’m going to hop over to Gmail. If I logged in, I want to get my info be automated. I want those emails to start coming. Over the right-hand side, you’re going to see settings, click in and it’s tempting to go to forwarding and pop IMAP.
Because what we’re doing is that we’re trying to set up a pop, you need to go to accounts and imports close to the bottom, there’s a check mail from other accounts. We’re going to have to connect our info. I’d be automated com to both of these places.
I’ll start out sending mail, I’m going to add another email address and I’m going to send it not as Abraham Kashiwagi, but I’m going to call it be automated support. Then I’m going to put in the email address.
It doesn’t fill in an user name, the whole email address, but that’s what we want to put in, I’m going to fill it out automated.com and then the password that you set up on the other page. You’re going to put in this SMTP server where it gets a little complicated.
I’m going to switch back to my control panel and we’re going to grab the outgoing server, we’re going to copy that outgoing server URL and remember SMTP port 465. I’m pasting in that URL into the SMTP server.
I pasted it, I’m changing the port to my port 465 which was on my control panel, now I’m going to add the account. I’ve taken that information and put it into the server, it’s asking me to verify if that is the right place.
I have to go back to my email address for my info the automated.com and you have to wait a couple minutes because what it’s doing is sending a confirmation. Send mail as be automated. I’m going to open that up.
Remember I’m in roundcube right now, I have to set that up, I’m using their default system, it’s asking me you have required to add this confirmation code, so I’m going to copy that confirmation code.
Put it in to that verification. I’ll copy and paste. I’m going to click verify. I’m almost done. I have it half set up. I’m going to come back to be automated my gmail account. When I’m connecting my be automated, it’s showing up that their mail is sent through the server my port 465.
All I have to do is to check mail from the other accounts, I’m going to click add a mail account. I was put in some good information, the info at be automated.com. I’m going to go next and import emails from my other account pop3.
Next is similar to what I did last time. I’m going to put info at be automated com, along with that put in my password, I want it to be SSL, this pop server says mail it be automated. I’m going to delete it again and remember I have to come and paste in that server and put in that port number.
It is on my control panel, I’m going to come back to my control panel, this time I’m going to use the incoming server, I’m going to copy that because it’s a pop3. I’m going to use a 995 port. Go back to the other place, change your port, pop it into your pop server.
If you want, you can add, we should be finished. I’m going to test it. I’ve never sent to this before. I’m going to call this test info at be automated.com, throw it and give it a sin. You have to wait a while. That’s how you set it up from your GoDaddy creating a free email account and connecting it to your Gmail. I hope it helps. Thanks.
