We’ll learn how to add your timecard information, view your vacation accruals request time off, and view my calendar and general information compensation and benefits to share with employees.
From the homepage of the intranet, scroll down and find the comp and benefits at the link of employee portal. Click once and get to the login page for adp. Click on the user login, type your user login that was provided to you by adp in the box.
Your username is normally your first initial and last name. Adp could have assigned a number after your last name. If you have any problems, please reach out to the Compensation and Benefits Department and they’ll be happy to assist you.
I am going to login. Type your password in the next box, and then click OK. You may find yourself at the home page of the employee portal, where you can access to many important items. What we are going to focus on is entering your timecard attendance.
Please select the tab time and attendance from the drop-down box, and click on my timecard. We are at the my timecard page. In the middle of the page, please select the box. Provided it is your first time you have logged into ADP, which will show you by default the current date.
I will show you how to change this option. Please change the date range for our timecard, and select the time period you would like to view. It is always the best option to select. We will add a second line to our timecard. Adding a second line will enable you to enter your time in and out.
We will fill out a timecard. Remember to click on the Save button. Then, you’ll see the blue diamond appear on the page
After you click the Save button click, you will see yellow triangles on the fine button, as a reminder that your information was saved to the server.
You may see a stop sign on your timecard, which means that you started filling out your timecard but never finished it. Fill out the rest of your information and you’re good to go to view your vacation accruals from the homepage.
Click on time and attendance my accruals on this page, it will show you carryover hours, float holiday hours, prepaid hours and your vacation hours. At the same time, this page will also show you the bank vacation time to make sure we have our time scouted off without any hitch.
How to fill out your vacation time off correctly on the home page？Select time and attendance my timecard, and then select the new time off request in the description field. If you have chosen, you can describe your time off below on the calendar.
Choose the dates you wish to request. Choose the accrued description from your time accruals shown above in the hour column. Type in the amount of hours you wish to be out of the office in the review pie box. Pease make sure to add a review by day, so that it will prompt your supervisor to review your request. Then, you will click Submit.
Scheduling your vacation down the road is not a problem to schedule future time off. Submit your time off request as discussed. Once you have submitted your future vacation request, you’ll be able to view it from your timecard from the home page
Select time and attendance of my timecard on the next page. Select my timecard. As you can see below, this person has submitted a future requests for time off. You need to cancel your vacation or some time off that you requested. Follow these next simple steps.
On the home page, select the time and attendance tab, and my attendance in the year drop-down. Choose the current year from the request number column, select the time that you wish to cancel, and then select cancel request.
Let’s take a look at the timecard page, the box and my calender to see what it is for. From the home page, we need select time and attendance of my time card. Then, select my calendar on my time card page. The information that can be shown is your vacation, sick time leaves of any particular absence and others. As is seen, there is no information available.
You will need to select the information that you would like display by clicking on each of the boxes. If you fill out your time card and select other, please make sure to add a note to your time card. The Compensation and Benefits Department gives us a world of resources and information.
On the home page, please always check to see if there are any tips. This is a handy resource to view the resources page. Click home and scroll to resources. On the resources page, there is a great deal of information, which includes benefit coverage information, community forms, payroll forms, retirement information and important links to your health coverage.
