I want to take a moment to go over with you our ADP,it is our company that does our payroll,that’s where all your benefit information is,it’s where you do your time off request,anything to do with HR is in here. Whenever you log in,you’re going to log in to workforce now ADP.com. Once you log in,with the login information provided to you you’re going to see options at the bottom,you’ve got your pay statements option.
Once you click on that,it’ll pull up every check that you’re being paid,it’ll show you the deductions,anytime you have questions about a particular paycheck such as you don’t think you got paid on something or your pay is not correct,you should make sure you go in and click on this link,in that way you can verify at first to see what has been paid to you and deducted from your pay before you direct any questions to payroll or HR.
You’ve also got company policies in here,you’ve got your directories in here as well,you have your direct deposit form,you have your w-4,your benefit guide and the direct path patient advocate.
If you click on myself,it gives you the option for time off request,anytime you want to request vacation,you would click here and then you can click on request time off,time off balances,a list of requests. Anything like that is going to be here in this login for you.
You would click request time off and then you would fill out the dates,the hours,the reasons and those things. Once you fill that out,it goes to your supervisor for them to approve it,in that way you will get paid and obviously know if you’re going to be able to take that time off.
There are certain dates that are restricted what we call blackout dates in retail where you cannot take certain times off ,if you try to request time off and it’s during those times,it won’t let you request those dates,it tells you what states that you can and cannot request.
It’s very important,you need to verify your paychecks in here before you reach out to our HR department or payroll stating that you’ve not gotten your pay because nine times out of ten your pay is accurate and it’s very time-consuming for them to have to look it up every single person’s,you should always check your pay stubs first,then if you still have a question by all means reach out to them.
