Welcome back to another episode of as bars and a rise IVO, on this episode, we’re going to take a sneak peek look into the arise portal, I feel like a lot of people don’t quite understand what you mean when you say you’ll be working from home, using programs and systems.
I want to give you a sneak peek into the arise portal so you can see what you’ll be looking at, once you done with your arise profile background check, join our company and bar is virtual solutions.
Let’s go ahead and take a look, so once you’re done with your arise profile background check, and you’ve joined the company, this is what your portal will look like, as you can see, you have a few tabs here on the left hand side, you’re going to have each client individually within its own square rectangle here and each of this these boxes will be that individual client’s information.
For example, you have a picture of the client here, you have the name, some information and insight of the client, then you will know what type of client it is, you will have something that shows you how much we’ll be paying for that certification.
If you come across here, you’ll see a select button and under the select button, you’ll be able to see what times those classes start, so for example, a training can start next month August 15, so it will tell you what time that training for that particular client will start.
Above that is a select button which you can click on and that will give you more clients’ information allow you to select what training time you want to schedule with that particular client and you’ll be able to enroll into that particular client, so it can bring you to your voice assessment and your program enrollment before you can even pay for your certification for that particular client.
This next icon is the reference icon which will bring you to client resources that you may need to refer to during the course of your service, so you can click on the reference tab here and while you’re in training, you can go through certification which will give you more information on that particular client program.
So this tab here is the star Matic icon, this is where you can actually schedule your time, so it will bring you to a star Matic scheduling tool with which you will schedule service intervals, you can log into star Matic when you are servicing and scheduling yourself, once the schedule for that week becomes available, then you can go into star Matic and select your schedule day to day for the whole week or for even a week in advance.
So let’s look at the center area of the arise portal, once you’re logged in, always keep in mind that in this center area in the Green Square, you will always see client programs which you can possibly certify for and work for, you will see the different needs of clients, and that provides you with a way of keeping an eye on the opportunities.
If there’s an opportunities coming up every month, you will find here, on the top right-hand corner where it says breaking new, some important information of some clients. Here is a list of different types of clients that you will find in the arise portal, so we do have sales opportunities, customer service, technical support opportunities as well and we have mix of interest which means that there will be a mixture of opportunities and types of clients available for you in the arise portal.
