Description: This article tells you what may happen after graduating from Ashford University, the pros and cons about the university and the program that the author is working on.
Back in August 2014, I graduated from Ashford University online with my Bachelor’s degree in health education. I made a video giving my pros and cons, giving our informative information on the school extra University.
It’s been two years and the biggest question people ask is whether I have gotten a job since I graduated from Ashford. The answer is no. I know it’s been two years, which is a long time. People have been wondering what I have been engaged in.
I haven’t had a job in Health Education yet and it is frustrating at the time because that health education is what my passion lies, like community outreach work and being a health counselor and working with teens, mental health counselor for them. It is the whole point of me going to school.
As is known, health education is very broad field to get into. I have a stable background in health care, but health care and health education is totally different. In this sense, my healthcare work experience of Connor doesn’t help me to get into the health education field. I thought that degree could help me out, but with no experience in health education or working in community outreach programs, it’s hard for me to listen to that field. That is why I’m still looking but I do get discouraged.
Discouraged on the road of job hunting, I stopped thinking. After a spurt, I still don’t have a job in health education. I can’t speak on the credibility of Ashford because I have no idea was it incredible or not. I would be glad if you may share your experience with me.
