NaviNet – Delete Users
If you are an avenue security officer, you can delete unnecessary user accounts from your office. To begin with, select administration on the NaviNet, open tool bar, then click manage users, the user search screen appears.Use the search fields to locate the user whose account you wish to terminate, then click search select a checkbox for the user whose account you wish to terminate.
Then click termini NaviNet, it terminates the user account and removes the user from the search results list. When you finish the leading accounts, click the NaviNet logo to return home.
NaviNet – Generate Passwords
If you’re an avenue security officer, you can generate new passwords for new users or users who have forgotten their passwords and security questions. Firstly, select administration on the NaviNet open toolbar, then click manage users on the user search screen. Click the combined user status field, click unable to access NaviNet ,and then click search select the box for each user you would like to generate a password for or click check all to select all users.
Next, click generate password, the notify staff screen appears, confirming that passwords have been generated for the selected users, confidentially communicate this NaviNet login information to the users. When you finish generating passwords, click the NaviNet logo to return home.
NaviNet – Change Office Timeout
If you are an avid security officer, you can change the amount of time before NaviNet automatically, signs users out due to session inactivity. To begin, select administration on the NaviNet toolbar, and then click NaviNet timeout duration on the NaviNet timeout screen, click the new timeout field next to the office whose timeout period you want to change, select the desired timeout period.
When you finish, selecting new office timeouts, click Submit, the timeout change successful screen appears, confirming that, your changes have been completed.
