If you are an avid security officer, you can manage transaction access for users in your office. Firstly, select administration on the NaviNet, open toolbar and then click manage user permissions, the user search screen appears. To change a user’s transaction access, click the users radio button, and then click edit access.
The user transaction management screen lists all transactions the selected user can and cannot access, you can filter these transactions using the plans menu. Once the transaction list has been filtered, enable all and disable all buttons appear. Click enable all to allow a user access to all transactions for the health plan, or click disable all to block a user’s access to all transactions for the health plan.
You can also enable or disable all transactions of a certain transaction type, using the group’s filter to block a user for making a specific transaction. Click the transactions disable button to allow a user to make a specific transaction, click the transactions enable button to see a transactions description.
Click its name the transaction description opens in a new dialog, read the description and click OK when you do managing a user’s transactions. Click exit to return to the user search screen from here. You can either select a different user to manage his or her transaction access or click the navinet logo to return home.
