Description: This article is going to be talking about the new Inc business preferred credit card, which features an 80,000 points signup bonus of Chase Ultimate Rewards points.

We have a bit of credit-card news for you. There is a new credit card coming out from Chase the Inc business preferred, it features an 80,000 points signup bonus of Chase Ultimate Rewards points, it is worth over $1,000 when redeemed for travel.

The Inc business preferred is going to feature 3 points per dollar on the first $150,000 a year spent in these categories, travel: airfare, hotels taxis, trains, shipping purchases, online advertising through search engines and social media and lastly internet cable and phone services.

So you can see Chase is adapting to market trends and going after online businesses. If you think about the advertising, you’re talking search engine ads so this is great for internet businesses that are doing a lot of Facebook Ads, Google ads. And then with the shipping purchases, that’s also great because people who are selling things on amazon.com on eBay are going to have a lot of shipping purchases to make.

Another thing that the card is going to be providing is cell phone protection, which is rare. When you pay your cell phone with this card, you’ll get up to $600 in coverage for damage or theft and this can cover employee phones as well.

Now the card comes with a $95 annual fee, but this will be waived for the first year when you apply for the card in a Chase branch. You don’t have to be a corporation to apply for this card, you have to enter your business details when you apply.

And like other Chase cards, the 5/24 rule will probably apply which is if you’ve applied for more than five credit cards in the last 24 months you will be refused unless you are pre-approved or you have excellent credit, you may be able to get it by calling the reconsideration line.

All in all it looks like a great offering from Chase. This is called the Inc business preferred, it’ll be coming out later this year.
