In the settings page, user can add the driver details that includes name, license number etc. The carrier details include carrier name, home and office address. In the company connection page, enter ADOT number as input and press the Update button to get its carrier details, the time zone and cycle rule enable the user to choose the cycle time zone, cargo type, restart value etc. After making any change to the settings page, tap the Update button to save the changes.
The app also provides a provision to add or edit the profile data, the user’s profile can be edited with the Profile button where you can update the personal details, which include name, email, display name etc. The user can change the password from change password tab. Off-duty button helps to change current status.
All the event changes will be reflected in the even list, after making any change to the log, never forget to approve the data tap on the approve button so that the change gets updated. The dashboard gives a detailed event recap for the driver, it shows the cargo type of the driver whether it is passenger carrying, property carrying or oil and gas.
The current cycle chosen by the driver will also be displayed, we can see the date when the cycle have started, the start date is set automatically based on the restart value, the dashboard gives a recap of the events for the cycle which includes the current day.
Recap shows the time a driver spent for each event in the cycle and whether these days are approved by driver or not. The OT page lets the officer to inspect your log which shows the carrier details, the event changes of the driver for the day in graph and event log, it also shows the shipping documents uploaded, the recap data also displays the undo hours of the driver
The email button enables to send a do report, the recap data depends on the cycle chosen by the user which is available in the settings page. The save PDF button enables to download the report. App enables you to create vehicle inspection reports in order to create the vehicle inspection report, tap on Add Report button, fill in the details in the pop-up with odometer, value, driver’s location remarks and add the existing defects of vehicles and trailers. The user can select the vehicle and trailer defects from the list, finally sign the report electronically, tap the Add button to create the vehicle inspection report which is being generated.
To edit an existing Dvir report, tap the Edit icon corresponding to the report. In the top-up, the user can edit the location, odometer, values and remarks, vehicle and trailer defects can be added or removed. After the changes, tap Update button to update the change.
We can see the edited Dvir report, users can tap on the Delete icon to delete a report. H OS displays the event which includes all the details of event changes and the durations the users spent per event, the page enables the user to edit the events and its durations. The Navigation button in the date picker enables user to view host data for other days and insert current duty status. Each event changes are listed below the graph where each status per duration can also be edited. This icon indicates if the corresponding event duration violates the H OS rule or not, the Add Status button enables to insert a new past duty status.
In order to update these changes, the driver should approve the data by using a Probe button, only the approved data will be shown. While generating the d-o-t report, H OS shows the list of dates from where you can navigate to H OS page, you can view the violations of a day by tapping on it’s violation icon.
In order to edit the data, tap on the Edit button of the corresponding date, you will be navigated to H OS page and there you can see the violations. Now if the driver needs to delete data for a date, go to H OS days from the Left menu in the H OS day’s page, tap the Delete icon corresponding to a date, you can see that the data corresponding to that date will be replaced with full off-duty.
