In this tutorial, you’re going to learn how to log into your G suite account and how to access your G suite apps.
The first thing you need to do is open your Chrome browser, G suite works on any browser, but the chrome is the best. You can either go to an app and sign in on the waffle or you can come up here and go to www.account.google.com.
Now you can see it has one account all of Google, we’re going to sign into your Google account. To sign in, you have to do this with your first name.last name @ G.Comal ISD.
When you hit next, you’re going to enter your password, if you have not changed your password or you’ve never accessed your G suite account, the password by default is the word password#01.
If you’ve never been in your account, it’s going to ask you to agree to the terms and it will ask you to do a little capture to prove you are not a robot and then you’ll be able to access this page. If you have changed your password and you cannot remember it, you need to contact your instructional technology specialist.
Now that we’re into our account, I want you to notice that there is this gray waffle at the top and if I open a new tab, you will see that there is a colorful waffle up here that says apps.
So the way that you access your apps is by using either waffle and when you click on the gray waffle, it will show you all the apps that are loaded by our G suite administrator which are limited within our domain, these apps are in any order and you can move them around and put them in different places. So the app that you use the most you can move to the top. If you click the colorful waffle, it will also open the apps and the apps may be separate here.
