Office 365 allows you to collaborate on a document which means that you can work on a document with several different students or your teacher at the same time.
But unfortunately, this doesn’t work on iPad, it can only work on word web app, but if you work on a PC, you would have the option of opening it in Microsoft, but I don’t recommend that, because, in that case, you won’t be able to see what others are doing with that document.
In order to access it, you need to go to Eastnoble/mySharePoint.com, you have to do this especially you are on an iPad, make sure you type it correctly, otherwise you won’t be able to get access into it. Then put in your username and your password, your username is the first part of your email address, then your password is six characters.
When you get in here for the first time, there won’t be any documents, but on the left, there is a Shared With Me button, press on that, and you can see students and your teachers may share a folder with you, and you can click Edit on the top. Now click Edit In Word Online, and it will change in to a word processor, now you can type on the document while seeing what the teacher is doing as well as long as he is using the word web app.
If the teacher jumps in here, and all Senate pop up, and this let you collaborate with him and work on the same document at the same time, you don’t have to worry about the issue of saving because if you click Exit on a PC, it will save automatically.
