My name is Amanda ruefully and I’m going to get into it because I don’t want anybody get disappointed. We’re going to go into it. I got a lot of information and a short amount of time which is going to be a big challenge for me. I love to talk about this subject.
Today is Thursday and I am already in my PJS for the night. You all must forgive me for the way that I look. I’ve invited some people Amy,Megan,Christine,Amanda and Amy from Alabama. We’re going to get into it because I don’t have a lot of time and I want to make sure everyone understand it. This is going to tell you 100% why all of us are here and we’re so excited. I am going to say why we are so excited about this opportunity and what we see on a bigger scale. We feel excited to see it because a lot of people don’t know it. We want to let you know this amazing secret that we have for you.
My name is Amanda. I am not new to direct sales. I’ve been in the industry for about 15 years. I started with a phenomenal company that was good to me in the moment. It was a great starter company. I got in ground-floor out of the gates. I worked hard and I thought that I did my word decent. I didn’t realize until later on that the rewards did not compensate me for the amount of effort and the amount of work that I was putting into it. I love the idea of having time freedom and leveraging and partnering up with other people to build this legacy. So I got excited and passionate about learning more about that. I craved every piece of information I can get my hands on.
I am one of those people who want to know all the things all the time. I want to always continue to educate myself. So I read a book by an author by the name of Richard Poe. The book is called wave three the new era of network marketing and it completely changed my mindset. It’s going to change yours. I’m about to rock your world. If you need to get a glass of wine now it is your time. This is your warning. I’m telling you you are not going to be able to sleep tonight after this article is over. You are going to call everyone, you’re going to tell your husbands, you’re getting ready and even fasten your seatbelts and say “let’s go”.
There are four stages of growth in a direct sales company. Most of which start here in formulation. This is the formulation when the company is formed. It’s where 90 to 95 percent of companies can’t even get past the formulation aspect of creating their company. They try to get it. They launch for it and for whatever reason they can’t seem to get any traction. There is five to ten percent of company that moves out of formulation. They go to this next faith called concentration.
There is five to ten percent of people of companies which start up only make it into this concentration phase. Concentration is a part the line goes like a snail’s pace. It’s not a massive growth. You may have a good business plan,you may have good products or maybe you’ve got good corporate stuff and so with that all together you’re getting this this little by little and growth after growth. This concentration part is when you hit about 40 million dollars in sales.
In that concentration phase,you need to focus on this because there is five to ten percent of people fail in the first phase. And of that five to ten percent,they move over to concentration here. And of the five to ten percent that makes it in here. And there is fifty percent who never make it out of concentration base.
There are something that you need to know. I’m fifty shades of gray and she calls it a blip. That’s not a blip that’s a flipping mountain. There are massive line there. It is what we call momentum. There are only 50% of the five to 10% that made it out of formulation and have an opportunity to get into what we call the momentum phase. It is rapid,explosive and a overnight growth. It is instantaneously.
It bursts onto the scene without any signs. It’s like raining millionaires. Let me ask you a question. I recall about year a half ago and I’m heavily on social media. I did direct sales. I am also a casting director and have a reality television. I lived on social media because it went out and recruited and casted people from social media for our shows. I was always on social media. I feel very confident. And after year and a half two years,it started raining lipsticks.
I’m going to be honest. I walked out and I realized this means something. I thought it was another new company. I didn’t have time for it. I was the one who was sitting back of the room with my arms crossed and I thought I was a fitness trainer. I worked on set 16 17 hour one day and I didn’t have time for makeup. I didn’t understand until Amy posted a graphic which was the United States and it was color-coded.
All she said was who do you know in Florida. I’m a firm believer in helping and building and supporting people’s businesses which is probably why you’re here. Your friend asked you to come and support her in this business by taking a look at what she has to offer,that’s why you’re here. We all want to support and so I thought I know plenty of people in Florida. But then I started thinking if I’m going to tell them about what she has to offer I probably need to know a little bit more than lipsticks. I thought it was lipsticks and I thought the company was even called lipsticks.
I went on her website and I started reading. I thought this Joni Rodgers person seems pretty cool. And then I realized they have a lot of products. There’s way more than lipsticks and then I started reading. I realized that the company has been built since 1999. I started putting the pieces together. Here’s what happens. In this momentum phase it takes what they call a perfect storm to catapult things. It goes like the snowball effect. You may go into this momentum phase when you’re not prepared for it. The company cannot see it coming. You have no idea that it’s coming. There’s nothing you can do to stop it.
I remember how Amy told me earlier today. There was a boutique in Oklahoma that learned about this the boutique owners so they went in Sirte time. There were their other boutique owners. We had distributors that have been there for 15 years in Oklahoma and their husbands lost their jobs. Then what happened?
They needed to pay their bills,they needed to have an income to sustain on and they didn’t have it. So what did they start doing? They started telling all of the other women because it was a $55 investment with this incredible compensation plan and a product that flies off the shelves. They simply thought they were going to do it on the side and here’s what happened.
We went from when I came on board in November 2016,we were at 35,000 distributors. In January two months later we were at 70,000 distributors. And today we’re sitting at less than 250,000 distributors. As Amy told you earlier,we’ve not even touched one percent of the female market in every single flipping state.
Let’s talk about this again. You can see that momentum and that’s what I’m talking about. According to Richard Pugh the author of wave three new era of network marketing,I’m telling you that you can google it because it will change your life and you will not be able to sleep.
The most prominent time of any opportunity that you are looking at,the most important thing that you want to look for is the companies which are sitting on the edge of concentration and in the first year phase of momentum. Those people that are fortunate enough to find an opportunity with a compensation the way that they have,with the plan the way that they have,with the infrastructure the way that they have,with the sustainability and the longevity that they have, the products that they have, and an executive staff that they have.
You can’t stop that momentum phase. According to him,he’s mass success is abundant upon the masses for those who are fortunate enough to experience a company going through momentum. I’m not an expert. I’m not on the corporate side of things. This is me as a person who studied and passionate about this. I believe I know where we are. I have the pleasure of being at our Crown Princess and retreat this past weekend.
I asked one of our corporate executive sale. I asked him specifically. He’s been in the industry for 14 years and I said I know where we are. But I’d like to know where you are. Knowing what you are or knowing with where the company are may take times. Do you still see five to seven years? Because on average according to Richard PO that the way companies trends lasts on average five to seven years. Kevin, as a corporate says to me that we will be way more than five to seven years because we are launching three new countries every year for the next ten years. My friends is massive explosive growth.
I’m going to give you an example. There’s a company called Nu Skin. Nu Skin was the one that created the band-aids,the clear band-aids. In 1989 they hit momentum phase at eighty nine million dollar company. It was 90 million dollars in 1989. They topped out five years later at 1 billion dollars and produced 500 millionaires.
Let me ask you this because you can do the math. We’re a billion dollar company who starting the momentum phase,so my question to you is how many of you want to ride this line and take a piece of that pie. I want to and I saw it. I called Amy and I said to her that I’m in. Especially after I saw as a 55 dollar investment I felt like hold on a second and there got to be a typo,that’s got to be at least 550. I’ve never paid less than $1,000 for anything like this. It wasn’t a typo and I stopped my husband down and I said here’s what you need to know. He knows me and he knows that I don’t do anything small. I sat him down and I said listen,we are sitting on this.
I want to talk about the stability phase. These are the companies that are so amazing that made it through momentum and they’ve sustained out. Mary Kay, Avon Arbonne,Tupperware,all of these large scale companiesare amazing companies and they’ve already been through momentum phase. They also have a gazillion distributors.
They’re not going to have that massive explosive growth again. It’s a lot harder to make money in companies like that. Many of our ladies have tried other opportunities which are experiencing more success than what they experienced in other companies because of that. It all makes sense. Don’t you wish that you had this the very first time that you ever looked at an opportunity like this because it changes the game? You can look at it again. You can Google four stages of growth.
I sat my husband down and he saw what I saw. From November to July and November 2016 to July my birthday,we went hard. We went so hard. By June 28th June 29th,June 29th 2017,in that short amount of time,from November to June 29th we did 1.9 million dollars. Since then my team has been sitting at three and a half million dollars that we’ve done since I started.
