It is a bit tighter and a bit more aggressive than the active trainer, as for how many hours I do it a day, I am going to be honest with you, I’m not one of these crazy waist training people that wear it 24 hours a day, I do not do that, I also take it off when I’m eating, but when I’m laying around and chilling around a house, when I’m working out, I wear it, when I clean I wear it, when I cook I wear it.
But I’m chilling on the couch, I wear it sometimes when I have long drives or in the car or when I travel I wear it, I have lost about two to three centimeters which is one and a half inch, so it’s a lot for me because I already have slim waist, I don’t want to lose weight, I want to shake my body, I use it more as a help with my fitness routine, and shape my body rather than use it as a heavy weight loss program.

In the beginning it’s very hard to close your trainer, because they’re new and you have to wear it in, when you get new shoes they’re tight, in the beginning I think that it’s tight and I close it but I leave a few buttons open, because it’s less tight in that way and you can wear them in, and once your body gets used to it, you can close it a bit more.
But make sure that it doesn’t hurt, make sure that you’re able to breathe, because if you’re not able to weave it correctly, it means that it’s too tight, and as for wearing it at work under clothes, I think you totally can wear it on their clothes, I think it looks beautiful because it gives you a wheely hourglass shape.

It’s the same thing with diet and fitness, if you workout too much, you can injure yourself, if you eat too much, it’s not healthy, if you eat not enough, it’s not healthy either, you have to find what suits best for you being fit.
Someone has asked if it is safe to use everyday, as I’ve said before, I think it’s totally safe to use everyday as long as you don’t overdo the tightness fastening Creepers, as how many hours a day and if you need to wear a race trainer for it to be effective, the website says that wear it up to six to eight hours a day, but honestly I have seen a difference after wearing it 2 to 6 hours a day.
So in my opinion it’s a slow process, you’re not going to get there tomorrow unless you overdo it, but I don’t think that’s healthy, as I’ve mentioned before, in this little process, it’s not going to be something that happens overnight, so you have to be patient.
