Description: This passage is mainly about wells fargo activate card. In this passage, the writer tells us that she is a victim of fraud by Wells Fargo as well as the reasons and problems between the writer’s loan and Wells Fargo.
My name is Nancy Robinson and I’m a victim of corporate greed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, which is a home loan modified without my written consent or knowledge for a $700,000 loan, which I’m liable for without the consideration of being notified, when I was divorced, the home and Lafayette California was awarded solely to Mr. Robinson, the wife’s name was to be removed from the title and the home loan.
I was only removed from the title, home mortgage payments were not paid, I contacted Wells Fargo to see what I could do to preserve my credit, and they said that I was ruining my own credit by not making the payments by myself, I contacted an attorney to see what I could do to preserve my credit because my credit had always been outstanding $9,000.
After going to court, there was nothing that could be done, then I find out that the home is remodeled, I say to Wells Fargo that is fraud, I should be notified of a loan that I am still liable on, the whole loan is different, the terms, the conditions and the amount are not the same as the original loan.
However Wells Fargo send a letter to me stating the divorce decree that the property is awarded to Mr. Robinson, therefore Wells Fargo home mortgage is able to modify the loan without your signature, I find that offensive that I am still liable for a loan without even being notified, here’s a copy of the loan modification.
As you can see my signature is not there, the verbage in this loan modification states quote Nancy a Robinson amends and supplements the original mortgage, it also states in consideration the mutual promises and agreements of said loan and it goes on to spell out exactly what that is, I have never ever consented to this modification.
I don’t know how Wells Fargo can say that, this is not fraud, I also would like Wells Fargo to contact all the credit agencies to help restore my credit, because as you can clearly see in the divorce agreement, the home is awarded to Mr. Robinson, my name is to be removed from the loan and it is only removed from the title.
I also would like to be compensated by Wells Fargo for not including me in this loan modification process, I cannot afford to do this, I also cannot afford to be responsible for a loan that I have no control over, and how Wells Fargo can say that, on the one hand I do not have to be included in the loan modification, I’m certainly viable for seven hundred thousand dollar.
Loan is beyond me, so I’m asking for your help, I’m asking for your help and trying to get rid of the fraud that Wells Fargo has committed on this loan modification, I’m asking if you or anyone is in this situation, perhaps we can do a class action lawsuit, I guess that Wells Fargo restore our credit.
I’m asking for your ideas, I’m asking for your advice, I’m asking for any help that you may have that can get my name off the loan and my credit restored, if you have any ideas for me, please email them at hair by nancy 62 at yahoo.com, or you may send a message by now to 1603 Oak Park Boulevard Pleasant Hill California nine four five two three, I appreciate any help that you can give me, I would like this matter resolved, thank you.
