Administrators may create and upload custom templates in the administrator dashboard, to do this, click on the hiring app, then select settings, select add agreement template, a text box will appear which contains a sample I P assignment, agreement with auto text, you may either edit the document or replace it completely with your own custom agreement.
The highlighted blue sections are the auto text, the auto text pulls information that is entered in an employee’s file and displays it in the author letter and agreement, you may add additional auto text by selecting the drop down and adding anything else that you would like.
Once this is completed, make sure you put a title here and then click Save and continue, you’ll be given the option to add an attachment to your agreement as well, we’re going to select for this one here, you can put in the company signature and then select to continue and then your template is complete.
