I’m going to show you several different things that you can do to possibly get it back up and running. First thing is this,we need to open up your settings and then you need to go to general.
From here you need to scroll down,you need to go to date and time. You need to make sure that this is toggled on set automatically,you need to make sure that is on. We can move on and try to open up your App Store to see if it’s working,if it’s not working then we’re going go to the next step.
Next step is tapping on settings here,I will go back and then from here what we need to do is that we need to go down to where it says cellular,yours may say mobile data. You need to tap on that. From here we’re going to go down and it says use cellular data for and we’re going to look for the App Store. Everything’s in alphabetical order. You need to make sure this app store is toggled on. From there,you can try the App Store,if it doesn’t work, then we’ll go to the next one.
Next one is this,we’re going to go back into your settings here and then you need to tap on general. You need to scroll all the way down to the bottom and you need to tap on reset now. What we need to do is that we need to tap on reset network settings,tap on that, then you need to put your password in there and now it says this will delete all network settings and return them to factory defaults.
You’re not going to lose any photos or videos. This is in terms of your network settings. I am going to tap on it now. Once I reboot it to get on my Wi-Fi,I’m going to have to re-type all my passwords. We will wait for it and then try to get into your App Store,hopefully it’s up and running. If it’s not, then we can do the next step here.
The next step is to go to settings,now what I need you to do is to move on and tap on your Wi-Fi. We can move on and turn the Wi-Fi off and now we need to move on and try to get into my App Store solely using my mobile data. If you can’t get in there, then what you need to do is that you need to go back to your settings under Wi-Fi,you need to move on and tap this back on.
When I’m going,what you need to do is that you need to go to where your wireless modem or router is,you need to go there and reset it. Resetting is that you need to move on and unplug it,leave it out for one minute, then plug it back in,come back to your phone and try to open up your App Store,hopefully you’re up and running.
If you’re not and we’re going to go to the next step here which is that you need to go into settings here,you need to make sure that you are updated to the latest version here,we can go into settings and then we need to go into general. You need to find the software update and make sure you’re up to date with the latest software. If you’re not,you need to move on install to the latest one now.
The last thing I have for you is a factory reset. When you’re under general,you can go over here,you need to go all the way down to the very bottom and it says reset here. If you are doing a factory reset,you’re going to lose every single thing on your phone,all your photos and everything is going to be gone.
Before you do this,you need to make sure you have done a backup. You can do a backup on iTunes or iCloud. But it says you can raise all contents and settings. You can tap on that,you can type in your password and it’s going to go through the reboot process,it’s going to delete everything. You can retrieve anything from your backup on iCloud or iTunes.
