Description: The article is about kinnser login. This is the evaluation of the Kinnser. In this article, you are able to learn how to login to the Kinnser, how to get to the hotbox, how to get information on particular patients. Those are very helpful.
Kinser is our other documentation software in addition to HC net,it functions a little bit differently but it still is very user friendly. What we’re going to do first is to log in. Our office should have already given you a username and password,we’re going to log in under Kevin Durant PT,we are going to put in our password, this is the first page that you should see whenever you enter the site.
For some reason that doesn’t initially come to this page,I can show you how to get to your hotbox, you can click go to hotbox and then you’ll see this page. Kinser does all the scheduling for you. We’re looking at a PT evaluation for patient Russell Westbrook.
Our office has already scheduled this evaluation to you. If you had ten evaluations scheduled to you,you would see ten different names here with PT evaluation beside him. I am going to show you how to get information on Russell,we’ll click my patients,we will click on patient Russell Westbrook,we will come to this calendar,we will click on view patient profile.
We have the address, the phone number, the date of birth, the agency,we’re working with OKC Thunder home health agency. The primary clinician is me,Kevin Durant. It looks like that’s all the major information, that’s how we find the information,we’ll to contact them with this phone number. We will step out,we’ll go back to our hot box.
To document the evaluation is self-explanatory,one thing we got to do here is to click on the visit and then you’re going to fill out all this information. I’m not going to fill it out today but you’re going to put the date and fill out time, medical diagnosis,PT diagnoses.
You’re going to manually type the patient goals. We will keep on going down all these is the information you’re going to fill out. Those are all the vital signs that we need. Those are all these physical assessments. This is a section for pain, there’s a section for a range of motion, there’s a section for function, there’s your assessment, this is where you write your assessment obviously.
This is another place to write your goals, you always need to include a time frame. This goal will be met in two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks, you can choose whatever you want to assign. Usually we’d like you to write a couple long-term goals and a couple short-term goals,it gives you a treatment plan and an additional comment box.
If we keep on scrolling down, this will pre-populate your cert period, you will know what your cert period is,you can also pull up a calendar and see where you’re at as well.
You always need to include the frequency, you’re going to sign up for the eval in addition to the effective date,if you have any questions on what frequency and effective data are, please reference the videos that are also out there that go over these.
This is the discharge plan, you have the option to save as a template ,you can write general deconditioning template. Whenever you get another patient, there’s a comparable presentation, you can access this template, there should be a way to access it at the top,it will pre-fill some of this information for you.
Finally what you’re going to do is that you’re going to put in your signature,if you’re not quite done but you want to save everything you have currently written, you can click save, you can save that. As you see that it saves all the information, once I go out of my hot box,you can see this has been saved.
But it’s not completed yet,you can obviously go back and finish your documentation. Now I want to finish my documentation,I’ve got more time, all this information is filled out. What you need to do is to put in your electronic signature and then submit it. Once it’s submitted,it will go from this hot box, that means your note is done. If you have nothing in your hot box, that means you have nothing to document, that’s how you put in an eval.
