Description: The following passage is talking about morgan stanley login. The author talks about how Morgan Stanley was formed, its prime areas of businesses starting from IPOs to wealth management and all technologies involved from Scala to Morganised technologies.
I am Rishabh. I am working in Morgan Stanley. Can you give us your description of Morgan Stanley? Morgan Stanley is bailed out of US. In India it has its offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. I think it is a better place, one of the things that I’ve noticed is that there is confusion around JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
In 1835 there was the glass-steagall Act which differentiated investment banking and retail banking, retail banking means that the normal man goes to a TMC bank, investment banking is something special, investment banks are usually managing money.
They take their assets and accrue them, so in 1835 in U.S. there was the glass-steagall Act which said that a signal firm cannot be both investment banking and retail banking, as the result of that they were two separate individuals institutions.
One was legit big market and the other was Morgan Stanley, later around 1991 or1995 I’m not sure what the year was but the glass-steagall act was the book, since then that will stand against to tell us.
How we might see the presence of Morgan Stanley in day to day things? I think in India each business is a little limited but from a US perspective they help the firm for their IQs, to explain the terms it could be a pimple at that if you have the form of 100.
But you want to have it in 10 shares of temporary or you want to have 20, there are many other basics, Morgan Stanley has been involved with the idea of many tech firms like the Cisco, Netscape or Compact, for Wikipedia Google site, we will do nothing.
What are the technologies that Morgan Stanley is working on currently? It’s basically team based, but we have to switch work on the object, they are some teachers about compactor and scale as well, one of the things is reflected by our investment banks.
They do not use spirit of it with all the security properly, if they’re the new, they will not get to work on the straightaway and even diagnostic technology, they are so-called modernization where the Morgan Stanley will wrap around it to make it securer, then you get realistic mode.
In the database side we are using website, there’s something interesting which is called an in-memory database, we are using it yesterday in our team.
Can you tell us about the opportunities and exposure that you get outside of your work life? The first thing that comes to eyes is the trip, we figure out that the better manager you have, the better the more will be the number of things.
From a social activity’s perspective, one thing which I love is that they have a global volunteering month, it will have a lot of volunteering activity available, that is very good, we are also giving someone opportunities, they feel dependent, but we have the clients in New York.
There are some opportunities in New York, you can make use of that, finally we have something of a big chopper engine to Thwaite, I got the chance to take the first dip in your interviews from any candidate, we have to manage the recruitment tips that we make to our old politician, we have a diversion to take interview in the early stages, but we get to manage it and go with them.
Are there ways in which Morgan Stanley interacts with students who are currently still studying in college? I can’t think of anything other than internships, I could never be wrong but to the best of my knowledge, I only remember the word internships.
Can you tell us about the work culture and the work environment? First thing that comes to mind is that the workers in the mercados are flexible, the firm does not impose anything, it’s flexible, as long as the manager does not give it, you can work at any time.
I usually work from 11:00 to 7:00 or 8:00, you can work at time which suits you, other than that, the work pressure is not a bad thing, for me if I am in America, this is critical functionality, obviously pressure would be good for business, at least we would like some extra months down the road.
I’ll have to manage my time, whenever I’m looking for a job, I need to look for the type of people I work with, obviously these are the basic things which we should consider, I’m working in a regular office now, we have some basic personal statistics, thank you.
