Description: This passage is mainly about navient login. In this passage, the writer introduces a medical device which is called Navident that can help the doctors do the surgery more accurately.
So ClaroNav is a medical device company that’s dedicated to surgical navigation as well as medical imaging, we’ve been in the market for 15 years, we’re a toronto-based company, and we’ve recently dedicated ourselves specifically to navigation, and very specifically in this case to Navident, which is a navigational surgery product that allows for safer, more accurate and ultimately minimally invasive surgery, which should be the goal of all surgery.
We do that in a four-step process, stent, scan, plan and place. We do a quick stent of a thermal plastic material that happens in your office, all of this happens in the office in one day, then we attach a CT marker to that, which is picked up by the CT scanner, we load that CT information into our Navident software using this memory, and then ultimately we add this black and white tag in the exact same place.
We have the CT marker so that the stereoscopic camera can pick up what the CT marker sees, so now let’s see Navident in action, we’ve got a stereoscopic camera picking up the patterns on the jaw, and relating those to the pattern on the handpiece, so I do one quick touch calibration, and now we’re ready to do surgery.
As you can see, we’re doing surgery directly on the CT, which has become the standard of care in the last few years, we’re very confident that Navident will also become the standard of care, the way CT does for diagnosis Navident will do for planning and for actual surgery.
One advantage is that we can do an accuracy check very quickly, I touch a structure such as a tooth in the mouth, and I can see exactly what’s represented on the screen, and see if it matches and what’s happening in that.
Once I do that, I know I can trust it, and I go ahead with surgery when my drill approaches to within two millimeters of my planned implant surgery, the target comes up, the blue cone represents my drill, and you can see that as I tip my wrist to the right, tip it to the left, or rotate it forward, the drill moves.
What I want is that I want that blue circle in the center, and it’s indicating my depth, my position and my exact angulation to within half of a millimeter of my planned implant procedure, so you can see this can be extremely minimally invasive, and it is very safe and much more accuracy than current freehand surgery and guided surgery.
When I get to within one millimeter, I get a yellow indication on the bar, and then when I get to my final depth, it lets me know that I’ve gotten there by turning red, so we’ve mapped all critical structures, such as the nerve and the sinus.
We’re planning the implants within five to ten minutes very accurately directly on the CT, so we have several courses that we teach hands-on courses, we have attended several lectures, we have courses internationally and locally, and if you’re lucky enough to be anywhere in Canada, we can come directly to your office, do a demonstration and do your first surgery with you.
One of the huge advantages of the system is that it’s very portable, and that allows our sales representatives to fold it up and bring it into your office, to learn more about Navident, check out our web site at www.infinitymarketingempire.com.
