Description: This passage focused on the navient login, which is a budget report. The author introduces the details of the budget. A budget report is an internal report used by management to compare the estimated, budgeted projections with the actual performance number achieved during a period.
January 2018 Budget Report, as always my income and giving is blacked out, my mortgage is always the same, I had somebody ask me what part of the country I live in, I live in Ohio and that is small compared to other states especially like California.
But it’s only a house whose size that we need, therefore it’s the good price for us, that’s with escrow and everything, utilities electric was a little less than budgeted, gas was a little more, insurance payment is the same with spectrum and phones.
Debt is from me going on a trip for work in the middle of January, I got reimbursed for this, it was paid off with that money which was not from us, it was from my company, I happened to use my credit card and I got reimbursed.
It didn’t even go through a whole month cycle to accumulate interest, I got reimbursed, Fedloan is the same, I paid off my navient, my goal was to have a two thousand dollar extra snowball, I exceeded that by paying off navient.
I am going to separate these three groceries, household and restaurant, it is six hundred dollars a month, groceries in household are like paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, they came in the same receipt which are combined to me 144 for the whole month.
Restaurant unfortunately was 474, I didn’t put the total which is over $619, we were over a lot in this area, but obviously there’s a problem with restaurant, maybe we’ll figure that out in February, I’m not sure.
Todd got paid twice, it’s $200, his gas and lunch were on the tail end of the PayPal, so he still was getting some PayPal, my spend was less even though I had to pay it, I didn’t spend the whole amount.
I do not carry forward the amount if I don’t spend it, I don’t carry it forward, because I use my debit card, my husband gets cash, so it’s always the same, gas and lunch I split up like I did the groceries and restaurants.
So the total was 280, so far in February that will probably change because I’m traveling to Columbus, miscellaneous was way over, this miscellaneous is higher because for Christmas, for my son my husband, I agreed instead of getting him a bunch of stuff, we decided we would help him out financially this year.
For Christmas we told him we would pay for his insurance, we agreed on six months, this particular month we put it in miscellaneous, but going forward I will have a line item for his insurance.
That was 121 dollars and some odd change, we still went over miscellaneous even without that, from the January setup budget, I was going to ask my husband about not putting in our sinking fund so that I could pay off navient and he agreed except I had already sent this project fund amount in.
We paid $100 toward that and capital comes out automatically with the 52 weeks challenge and also the round up to $1 challenge which is our goal, if you want to know more about the capital account, you can leave your comments below.
In any case we have paid off our navient, that was definitely a goal that I was hoping to achieve in January and we did, we are down to Fedloan which is now under a hundred thousand, that was a goal of mine to get under a hundred thousand with student loans and we did that, but it still seems like a mountain, little by little we will get it paid off.
