Description: This passage is about ocwen mortgage login, which is the author’s one bad experience with Ocwen. The author can’t apply for a loan modification for 90 days however at that point the loan will go into a foreclosure status.
My name is Donald. I was a customer of Saxon mortgage company. I have three loans with that company and after Hurricane Gustav I told him that we had storm damages and they referred me to writing a hardship letter.
In these files I wrote the hardship letter and then it would ask for check stubs. They would ask for w-2s, did I sign 45 or 60, and I got numerous copies of this. Not only I have the paper trail, I spent sometimes two hours a day on the phone with these people.
It’s a waste of time as a joke. After about six months of this, they would tell me it’s coming, it’s your loan modification of two percent. Then I started the letter that they want to foreclose on the property.
I heard up and got a local attorney to get on the phone with them and make sure that they don’t foreclose, so they push the foreclosure proceedings back a little bit and said to start this process of papers over again.
While in the process of doing this, I had to put someone on the clock and hire them. they were faxing them, email, certified mail. We did all of that, so then they came to almost finishing my loan modification.
It was around December about that time and they said dear sir you have 30 days to make this right, because we have sold your loan to a company, which apparently is their other company. It’s Ocwen.
All of those papers, we started all over again with the company called Ocwen. Ocwen has then told me that we would send them and give a person’s name and extension. Their extension maybe 2108. I’m making this up.
We’d get the name and it might be Key Sanders or whoever. We would get that person’s name and it’s a reference name but don’t mean anyone. In particular we would get whoever we were dealing with with an extension, send them all the papers.
The next day they’d say man I have it all. I’ll review it, get right back with you. Two days from then, I call it, but there was no such person this company. When I went to the local news, they couldn’t wait to do the story after seeing all this.
They went as far as calling a Better Business Bureau and found out there were six hundred and seventy five complaints with an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. This is in Louisiana. I’m begging for a local attorney to take this case.
I don’t see why it seems that every time I’ve called the Bar Association in Louisiana, I’ve called numerous attorneys in Louisiana, a lot AMA with personal injury, so unfortunately we can’t find with all the documentation I have.
I was told through a California servicing company that when you’re in an active loan modification and I believe this is active, they can’t foreclose on me. While I’m in the process of doing jumping through all of these hoops with this company now called Ocwen, one day I got a phone call and they said we are going to make all your loans comer and I said I want you to know there’s a third party going to listen into everything you’re saying, because I do not trust them. They said that’s fine.
I put the third party on the phone and they told me that all the loans were cars and I was thrilled to death. A couple of days later I’ve gotten the worst house with the most storm damage. They sent me a brand new payment on it.
I felt like the battle is over. I got some breathing room. Once again I have three properties with this company. The next day I was waiting for the other loan payment on the debt of the house of the three and they foreclosed on it.
They said I had a lot of equity and basically that’s what they went for. So now I have three properties. One is foreclosed on wanting made me a new payment. I don’t trust them at all. So I want everyone see this story, take some time.
I’m telling you because these companies are corrupt, IndyMac, Ocwen, all of these companies, unless you have an attorney who’s looking to represent you. Look at what I’ve been through, plus sometimes two to three hours a day, maybe a year and a half of fighting these people.
They don’t accept payments. Don’t let your partial payment because you are wasting your time and you’ll never see that money again. I want you to know that I am looking for a local attorney. My name is Donald. I’m in Louisiana.
