This article will cover how to log into the online patient portal which allows patients to communicate with each other in a secure environment, portals are created automatically with the valid email address, there’s nothing that you need to do to get it going.
You will receive this email into your inbox with the information that you need to log in, you’ll have your initial user name right here and your initial password, there are two links that will allow you to gain access to the portal.
The first one is good for one-time user, click it and it will ask you to update your password, so the link down here will lead you to a website address. First click to sign in and you would need to use that username from your initial email then you also need to use that initial password, you’ll need to verify your date of birth and you’re logged in successfully.
It will show your name and your information at the top, now the messages that sent to you will be under this tab over here called messages, click on that individual item and the information gets populated over here.
Now you expand this panel by clicking on this arrow over here and it makes the window wider so you can see the information more easily and you can scroll down to find the information that you’re looking for.
The reply button allows you to send an email back through the portal so you can type anything and hit reply, then the email is sent to who also use a box. The print allows you to print locally to your printer and open as a PDF allows you to open the document, which you can save to desktop or a flash drive for future use.
Now you can send us a message by using the send message button, and the profile button allows you to change anything that you would like to change, like username, notification, email address, timezone, a different language if you would like to.
