This video will show you how to use our patient portal located on our clinic website.
First log on to our web site at www.clickincomputer.com, if you are a new patient to our clinic, our checkout staff can assist you in setting up and activating your account. You will need a valid email account in order to set up your portal account, each portal account must have a separate email account portal basics.
Once your account has been activated, there are many options to explore on the patient portal, such as viewing your account or billing information, viewing files.
You can send a message to your provider requesting an appointment or even linking portal accounts, please note if you are having issues logging into your account such as forgetting username or password, you can follow the options on the login screen to have either your username or a new password emailed to you at the email address you selected for your portal account.
This video will walk you through three of the basic portal features, requesting an appointment, viewing files and linking portal accounts. To request an appointment, first click on the date field and select the day you would like the appointment, next choose the provider you would like to see, then select a reason for your visit, finally click request appointment. You should see a message which let you know that your appointment message has been sent and you should receive a callback our clinic to confirm or discuss the appointment request with you.
Viewing files will allow you to view documents that have been made available to you by your provider, such as lab, x-ray results, educational material and other valuable healthcare information. Please note that in order to view these files, you must have Adobe or other PDF viewers installed on your computer or device.
Under the Files section of the dashboard, you will see the latest files that have been made available to you, you can select one of these files or if you do not see the file you are looking for, click view all files then all lab and x-ray results that your provider has made available to you will be listed in the Files section, each will include comments that the provider has made, such as results, normal or provider instructions.
To schedule a follow-up appointment, you must first have the login information for the portal account that you are wanting to link, first, click view linked accounts, next select link an existing portal account, next enter the username and password of the account you would like to link, finally click link account.
