I’m here to do a quick tutorial on how you should log in and clock in and clock out for your shift by using paychecks flex. While on the site, you’ll see that the user name is required, you need to enter your username and select next. It should prompt you for your password, you can select next.
Depending on your settings, it’ll require you to enter a four-digit pin number, you can click continue, you are now officially logged in. When you select the menu button on the top left hand side, you should see that you are on the company site, but you can go to the my account site if you’d like to see your personal information.
You’re automatically on the dashboard, you’re going to go to time and attendance, when you arrive to time and attendance, if you are a manager, you are going to see a list of all of your team members. To go into your personal employee dashboard, you’re going to set the little triangle on the right-hand side, you’re going to navigate between the managers dashboard to the employee dashboard.
Employees will come straight to this page, in this page you have quick access buttons that allow you to clock in and clock out. It shows that my last punchin was 9:01 am, it’ll show me the duration of my shift on the right-hand side under my name.
If I select my name, you’ll see that there’s a little help tab, this will give you frequently asked questions if you need further instructions. On this dashboard, you’ll have six icons, you have the actions tab, schedules, time off, messages, timecard and reports. The actions tab allows you to clock in and out as the top buttons do, however in the actions tab, you can get more details.
When I select the actions tab, it’ll show my clock in rates, you can clock in and clock out. When I select the clock in or out buttons, another pop-up appears, this is where I can leave my message which my manager will see once I save it. In the time off requests tab, you will see your current balance of what is available to you, I can request time off.
Upon selecting the request time off button, another pop-up appears where you’re able to choose which category of time you’re willing to take. You can choose among vacations, holiday or personal. As you selecting these, you will notice that your balance will change on the side, it will show you what your current balance is for each category.
You’re able to do the date range, you can select the dates of times that you want off, the start time will be 8:00 a.m. it’s set at one hour. You would select an eight-hour shift, that will recalculate and let you know what your ending balance will be after taking the day.
You can enter a note if you’d like, you can click submit. Your timecard will allow you to see all of your working hours. The posted will calculate all of the hours worked for the week, you will have your pay cycle dates on top, you will check off and approve your time, it won’t allow you to approve your time if they’re missing clock rings. Under messages, you can create a message if you’d like to send the message to your immediate supervisors.
Reports will allow you to generate reports regarding your timecard, your schedule or your accrued time off. Upon selecting these, you’ll get a pop-up which will allow you to filter through and be specific with dates, in this case, I’ll run a report for this pay cycle. I’ll generate a PDF and I’ll click run. The report will generate and appear as a PDF format under generated report, I will be able to open and print.
