We’ve a wonderful diverse organization, they share one thing which is a passion for the organization and a passion for the customer. Everyone brings something different, those are two consistent things. The most important thing for me is the ability to respect each other.
We need to work together and enjoy what we do. We have the benefits to allow you to work hard and play hard. It is important to create a unique environment and a unique culture, I hope people have the expectation to be part of the work they do. We want to make an impact on people’s lives.
We’re talking about half a million active patients or active residents, we’re helping our customers serve. That’s big numbers. We’re dealing with customers 24/7. We are dealing with geriatrics who are under a lot of pressure. We’re in a position to help them do what they need to do and help them do it more effectively. If we don’t care, if we don’t have that passion, we will lose it.
My expectation is that when you’re with point click care you’re going to do benefit from this. You can fulfill your life by answering a service call and responding to the customer and reacting the customer and delivering what they say.
You’re a believer for the customer. You’re somebody who is carrying quota or somebody’s cutting code. You are designed to be here. There’s an outcome that we expect from you, we expect you to deliver on that outcome. You’re here to be part of a team individuals, that is helpful, it’s about a circle of influence.
Even if you’re a team member, you can influence people in a material way, you can influence people in the way how you are respected, you can influence people in the way you approach your work, you can influence people in they way how you communicate with people, you can influence people in the way how you collaborate with them.
That helps make everybody better. I want you to have fun while you’re doing it. Ultimately, as a business, we need to deliver on those things that we need to, we need to deliver value to our customers.
