Description: This is a tutorial which teaches you how to get started in the Office 365 through three different accesses and what the portal homepage looks like when you first log into the Office 365
This article is going to show you the getting started screen. Connect your existing software to Office 365, when you log in for the first time, you would have to go through the process of changing your username and password. The password has to be at least 8 characters’ long and a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, upper and lowercase letters.
So this is a common screen, and you’ll see this for about a month. After you have new accounts, it will log into your outlook web app and you will be able to view your email from the browser. Here it shows you three ways to access Office 365, online, using PC or Mac or from your phone and tablet.
We’ve selected online, when we select each of the sections and Office 365, the help articles will show up to help us. If you have an E3 license, or you have office proplus edit your subscription, you will have the ability to download and install Office 365 from the web browser. So it will install all the apps, and you can leave it as the English language, but it is only the installation language. In most cases, choose 32-bit, because you will have applications that are add-ins which will need to still communicate in 32-bit with office.
I will show you another view of PC and Mac, where some people who use an E1 license will be using existing software. The instructions for being able to connect your phone and tablet depending on what platform you’ve got, and you can click them to these and get a help out of call, it will show you how to do that.
Thanks for watching.
