We’ll start with the professional accreditation and from there you can check the other departments and each service provided by those departments. Let us start with accreditation process. I will start by registration and filling the form information, then accepting the terms and conditions of the membership.
I have received an email to activate my membership. It is active and I can log into my account. I can continue the process of oxidation. The first step is to fill the local ID number. There is a back-end integration process to validate the ID through the Ministry of Interior, e-government services.
After that I would have to complete my profile and upload the photo, resize it with the mouse to fit in the given space. The name should be in Arabic and English, as it should appear on the membership certificate.
Next I will be able to fill up my education degree which is finished and the school’s awarded my degrees. If I have more degrees, I can add them. The next step would show me that I have applied for an engineer level membership with its fees of 750 reals and the duration of my membership.
The last step would be attaching the supportive documents required like the ID copy, employment letter, and university degrees. I have finished uploading the documents and the system techne by homepage of my profile.
My page shows that I have a pending invoice and the status of my application which is pending university degree invoice. There are other usability features for the user like changing the color of the theme to blue but I prefer the orange one.
There is also the notification section. Notifications are sent by SMS, email and also cat here as well. The homepage shows one membership type. I still didn’t complete my payment. The system integrates in the backend with Saudi Arabia, national electronic build system that is called cidade.
I can pay my invoices online using the online banking. I have finished the online payment now. So I will refresh the page and I can see the invoice box is gone now. My application is on the review.
I will go to the backend that is based on CRM 2015. The system is in English and I will switch it to Arabic. By refreshing the page, everything will be updated in Arabic language. Each employee will have his own dashboard that we can talk about them later in the backend features.
I will go now to the accreditation section and then to the applications of requests. To make it easier I will select the view that shows the applications or requests and the review to make it easier for me to find my application.
Then I will sort the applications by date. I can find my application easily as the first one. I will open my profile and check its information and check the uploaded documents. My application now is in the pool for the employees to take an action on it.
In the menu you can check everything related to the applicant. The profile shows that I have submitted membership application and I can open it directly from here. The employee can take an action on it unless he assigns the application to himself.
His colleagues will defined okay that the application is with someone else and they can focus on work on other applications meanwhile. I will open the application and assign it to myself. I will take an action on it and do some comments, then approve it.
If I go back to my profile on the inducer home page and refresh it, it will show that I have a waiting membership and voice payment which is also reflected as notification sent by email and SMS.
This means that another invoice is generated inside that payment system. I will need to do the payment electronically similar to the previous one. Once the payment is done, I refresh the page and I can see that my membership is temporary active now.
The duration of my membership is valid for three years. I can see now some other eServices enabled in my homepage. I will go back to the admin site to complete the process and approved uploaded to please and validate them.
In the same process I will assign the record to myself and approve the request. Now if I go to my home page and refresh it, it will show that I have an active membership.
