My SPSCC student portal has brought all of the student registration functions together to make it easier for you to register for classes, update your contact information, view your class schedule, pay your tuition and fees, contact your assigned advisor and view your transcript to access the student portal. You will use your my SPSCC student email address and password that is needed to activate your student email account. Go to the current students page and click on activate email network. Type in your first name, your last name and your student ID number, and then click Continue.
If you’ve activated your email account or having trouble logging in call the help desk at 365965544 or stop by Building 25 on main campus Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can also click on the Forgot My Password link. If you’ve activated your email account but can’t remember your password, you can reset your password by going to the current student page and clicking on reset password. You’ll enter in your my SPSCC email address and you will use security questions you’ve set to reset your password.
You can access your student email account by going to the current student page and clicking on the sign in office 365 button. You’ll enter your student email account, which will redirect where you can put in your password. Make sure you check your student email account at least once a week
The important information is sent by the college and will be delivered only to your my SPSCC email account if you want to have your SPSCC email forwarded to a personal email account. You can do so in the account settings. Click on the gear cog to go to options. Click on the forwarding information which is under accounts. Click start forwarding and then enter in the email address you want.
The paper allows your account to forward all of the information from your SPSCC email account directly to your personal account. Once your email account is activated you will be able to log into the portal. You can get to the portal in either way.
There is a quick link at the top of the main campus web page that says my SPSCC or you can click on current students and then click on my SPSCC portal. You’ll be brought to the welcome screen. To log in, you will use your student email account.
Nowadays, students are able to view their registration day and time directly from the student portal either you’re a new or returning student. You will need to complete pre-registration orientation or pro to unlock the registration portlet. If you haven’t completed pro, there is a link directly from your account to get to the pro site.
Once you log into the portal class, registration can be completed in four easy steps. The first step is to make sure you don’t have any holds on your account. You can see any holes you have in the registration of your planned portlet. It also gives you information about whom to contact if you have questions about the hold. Please be aware that after a hold has been resolved, it may take a few hours for the notification to leave your portal window. You are able to continue with registration while that message remains long as all holes have been resolved the second step is to browse for the classes.
You want to register for using the current class schedule access the class schedule by clicking on the Browse Classes link on the register your planned portlet. Use the search filters to find the selected classes you want to register for.
Once you have found a class, click the add to plan button, which will create a plan at the top of your browser window showing all of the classes you selected to continue using search filters to find the next class you want to add.
Once you have all the classes you’d like to add to your schedule, click on the view plan link, this will give you a calendar representation of your schedule including any online or hybrid courses you may register for.
If what you see is to your taste, click on the register button to reveal your classes one more time, paying attention to the campus location and the days and times information if everything looks like you expect it to click on the register plan button. The status of your class selections will change from Planned to Registered. If a class is full, you will have the option to waitlist for the course in four easy steps that are provided here.
To register your classes, you can view your course schedule and make any changes to it at any time from the student portal homepage. Once you have registered, you can also pay your tuition for any classes you register.
