Thank you for signing up for a therap account, the first thing you will need to do is to log in to your demo, go to the top right hand corner of the therap website www.therapsevices.net, click on the secure login. Once you click on this, you will see a screen that will request the login name, password and provider code.
Please use demo in all caps for the provider code unless you are given a special provider code when contacted by our sales team, this demo account will give you a little glimpse into all of the benefits that Herrick has to offer you, we have categorized our modules into different tabs according to the type of functions they serve.
What tabs you see and what you see in those tabs are all controlled by the provider administrator at your agency depending on your job responsibilities, if you are not seeing something you think you should, then you’ll need to contact them.
In your to-do tab you will see all of your accounts for documents on different modules, these are things that need your attention, once the count fields become empty for module after you have reviewed or read them, that module will disappear from the to-do tab, but you can always view the information from the tab it originates from.
The individual tab contains all care ISP, habilitation, employment and finance related modules for individuals, this would be modules like t logs, isp data, GERS or general event reports, the health tab contains all of medication administration record, health tracking and comprehensive health assessment modules for individuals, health information recording and assessment.
This includes things like vital signs, appointments, height and weight and much more, the agency tab contains all the agency’s specific modules such as staff scheduling, training management system, the billing tab is where you can manage your agency’s billing for individuals.
The admin tab is for users with admin capabilities and allows for a lot of the behind-the-scenes setup and administration of the system, you will only see the tabs that you have been given access to by administrators at your agency.
The agency reports tab is where users with appropriate roles can get access to agency wide reports, the individual homepage tab is where users with individual homepage role can obtain a concise yet comprehensive view of individual focused information with summaries regarding an individual’s health, allergies, orders, medications and services received.
You can change your profile, password and other preferences from the settings tab, this tab is also where you could come to switch to test mode if you are new to the system and are looking to practice by entering in some fake test data.
It’s also a place even seasoned users can come to try out different things without having the information affect the individuals in normal or real mode, when you’re done in test mode, you come back to settings and switch it off to get back to normal mode.
On the right-hand panel of your dashboard you have the secure communication section where you could do things like access your inbox to see if anyone at your agency has sent you messages or compose new messages to send.
T-tasks is a section your agency may choose to use for assigning program tasks to complete, the classes section would be something you would utilize to track your certification and trainings, but it’s up to your agency if they are utilizing that feature or not.
You can access the calendar application by clicking on the large date at the end of the right panel, this will show you things scheduled for programs you have access to and is also a spot where you could enter in your own private calendar entries to keep track of.
