Description: This passage is mainly about unemployment login. In this passage, the writer tells us how to file an unemployment claim and there are four tips to do that which are free and you don’t need to pay for anything.
This is Kurt, the undercover lawyer and I’m here to talk to you about learning how to file an unemployment claim, with our economy down unemployment claims have gone up, with all the competition for that limited amount of money, it’s more important than ever, you know exactly how to go about filing an unemployment claim in a way that will maximize your chances of getting benefits.
So I decide that I will prepare a guide to fill unemployment benefits, my idea is simply to explain how the unemployment system works, the standard for accepting or rejecting claims that the unemployment departments in all 50 states use, and then add in some stories from my own experience and the best tactics and common mistakes that are found in people filing for unemployment benefits.
I go onto the Internet to see what other people are saying about filing unemployment, what I am alarmed about is that I find some so-called businesses that are selling something, which first looks like legal services for people who want to file an unemployment claim, however, after you fill in your information on their website as I have done, I can see what they are offering.
You have to check a box where you agree to a long waiver, what you agree, what you are not buying is legal service and you agree that you’re not even buying help with filing your legal claim, then you have to go to a second screen where you agree to pay the business 995 for a quote customized report on how and where to file your unemployment claim.
I can tell you how and where is for free and it’s not that difficult, after you agree to this 995 charge for this company online, then the fine print and I carefully read through the frying print, because I’m a lawyer, I’m supposed to do that, I have found where you agree to, a two dollar and fifty cent charge per week is charged to your credit card.
So you can quote access their non-existent help resources, seriously I’m sure that they are putting in this two dollar and fifty cent charge in hopes that people will not notice it on their credit card statements, and they will have thousands of people giving them two dollars and fifty cents a week, I mean it is a grade-a scam.
So where do you file your unemployment claim for free? You need to make sure that you go to the official state website, so it should end in dot gov, it shouldn’t end in calm or.org even, and you can Google, you know your state’s name file for unemployment and it should be in the results, but it probably won’t be on top, because so many people out there are trying to scam people who are looking for help in filing unemployment claims.
If you can negotiate all through those Google results, it’s great and you’re very savvy, I have a list on my website of all the actual State Department’s of unemployment where you can file, it’s all free, if you go to undercover lawyer com and then click on the map of the 50 state resources, you go in there and they are all the official state websites.
So you don’t have to use my side if you don’t want to, but it’s there for those who want to make sure that they find the real and safe site, so let’s get to the free advice, what you need to know to make sure that you get unemployment benefits is what the standard is, when you apply the person who’s evaluating your application, it is going to apply a standard to your application.
That standard is that people get financial assistance when they have lost their job and here are the magic words due to no fault of their own, that’s the quote due to no fault of their own, it’s a myth that everyone who is terminated gets unemployment, it’s also a myth that everyone who resigns does not get unemployment.
I’ve seen many people who say that I’m not resigning, you’re going to have to fire me, because I want unemployment, that won’t work and the reason is that people can be terminated for very good reasons such as stealing, they’re not going to get unemployment benefits, people can also quit for very good reasons, such as your boss has called you racial names and you’re a member of a racial minority group, you should get unemployment benefits even if you quit.
So the standard is not whether you quit or you are fired, the standard is that people who get benefits, get them because they have lost their jobs due to no fault of their own, so here are four quick tips for people to fill unemployment benefits, these are totally free from the undercover lawyer.
First never write down that you are resigned, never write down that you are resigned on your unemployment application, instead here are the magic words quote that you are constructively discharged, and that means that you are forced out.
So the second tip is that even if you are terminated, always maintain that you are willing and able to work, or you are ready and willing and able to work, and that should be a theme that infuses all of your answers through all of your application, at anytime they’re getting to why you no longer work there, you always maintain that you are ready and willing to work.
So here’s an example, I want to continue working at ABC company, but I am constructively discharged by the hostile work environment created by my managers behavior, don’t go into how your manager constructively discharged you on your application, leave that for the phone hearing with the investigator or write a response to your managers to response to your application.
Then file your application, wait to see if your manager contests it and then explain how they have created a hostile work environment, but don’t do that on the initial application, then finally the last tip is to know your deadlines, you won’t believe how many people blow their application because they don’t know the deadline.
So follow the link above or negotiate Google to the official website for your state, and get the deadline date that how many days you have to file your claim from the time that you are separated from your company, circle that day in a thick red line with a big red marker and make sure that you don’t blow that deadline.
Then finally this is plenty of information, if you need to file your unemployment claim right away, I’m going to have a full report and a bigger guide on unemployment claims coming out soon, but even if you can’t wait for it, remember not to pay money for anyone on where to file, you don’t need that and you don’t need advice paid device on how to file.
Remember that you are constructively discharged, you are never resigned, you are always ready and willing and able to work, that will get you 99% of the way to get benefits, if anyone needs some legal advice in getting their unemployment claim granted, it will be those people who go ahead and file according to all of these tips, or they don’t know these tips and their claim is denied.
